Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made several attempts to contact Ryanair without success, which is disappointing given the changes to my flights to Ibiza from London Stanstead. Despite confirming a cash refund for both flights that were changed, I have only received a refund for one flight. Ryanair sent the money to Edreams, and despite contacting them, I have not received the refund.
When following the instructions in the email from Ryanair, I was directed to the third party, which is confusing as I booked both flights through Edreams. The expected refund timeline of 7 working days has passed since I requested the refund on June 10th, with no refund received yet.
I had to make alternative arrangements with another airline due to the flight changes by Ryanair. I am seeking a prompt refund as promised. As I am unable to reach anyone for assistance, I would appreciate a swift resolution.
Sincerely,
C.R.

Hello,
I have a situation that I would appreciate some advice on. A recent last-minute trip my family and I planned to Malta had to be canceled as my daughter tested positive for COVID. We are now in isolation and unable to travel. We paid £[redacted] for the trip, with a significant portion going towards luggage. Attempting to contact Ryanair for a refund or future travel vouchers has proven futile. Their phone lines and Live Chat, which is automated, have not been helpful. I've encountered dead ends through the virtual chat and long hold times on the phone resulting in no resolution. I am at a loss on how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter.
Thank you,
S. Curran

Can you please assist in rebooking these flights for O.N. and S.N.? Thank you.

My flight from Manchester to Kerry with Ryanair got delayed, so I received an email offering to change it. I've tried calling and using the live chat multiple times, but the queue freezes around position [redacted]/[redacted]. I had to book a different flight to secure a seat. Can I please reschedule my original flight to Kerry for a different date? My booking reference is D4U8WF, and the flight was initially scheduled for the 25th of June, [redacted].

I encountered an issue on 15.07.21 when I flew to Croatia on a Ryanair flight. While in Germany, at the airport, it came to my attention that my ID was still reported as stolen (I had lost it before and reported it stolen, but then found it and informed the police). The police hadn't updated this information, so it showed as stolen. The police at Weeze Airport noted this and allowed me to proceed with the ID. However, in Croatia, at Zadar Airport, my ID was confiscated, and I was given a copy. My question is whether I can fly back to Germany with Ryanair on 30.07.21 using the copy of my ID, as I cannot easily get a new one while here. Thank you.

Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I need to address an issue related to my upcoming flight from ORADEA to BOLOGNA. My reservation confirmation number is TB42VD. Regrettably, our flight schedule has been modified for the third time. Given that we are travelling during a peak season, we have made arrangements for onward travel from BOLOGNA to PESCARA, including purchasing costly train tickets. Despite coordinating our transfer to align with the original flight schedule, the latest change now forces us to endure a 7-hour wait in Bologna upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the train tickets cannot be altered due to high demand and the commencement of our vacation in Italy. Changing them would incur additional expenses that are beyond our means. Could you kindly advise on any compensation Ryan Air may offer for this inconvenience? I am eager to address this matter promptly. Please guide me on how to proceed with filing a claim or initiating a discussion regarding this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I anticipate your response.
Best regards,
Andrea

Good afternoon,
I am reaching out regarding several issues we have encountered with the Ryanair online system. Despite multiple attempts to resolve them ourselves, we have been unable to do so. Our numerous efforts to contact Ryanair via phone have been unsuccessful as the line is consistently busy. Therefore, we are hoping for assistance in resolving our concerns through this email.
We initially purchased a flight ticket to Malta (Flight Number FR8929) for £[redacted].92. However, due to the ongoing Covid pandemic and associated travel restrictions, we have had to make changes to our itinerary. Our destination was changed to Mallorca with a new flight number U9L45T at a cost of £[redacted].92. Unfortunately, due to further restrictions, we needed to change our plans once more, this time to a flight to Sweden priced at £[redacted].92. Although the system indicated that the change was free, we were unexpectedly charged an additional £[redacted] during the booking process.
Given the discrepancy in pricing and the challenges we have faced in reaching Ryanair for clarification, we are seeking guidance on how to address this matter. Ideally, we would like to reschedule our flights to Stockholm from December 14th to December 21st.
We eagerly await your response and appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving these issues.
Warm regards,
João, Carolina, Cristina, and Marcel.

I booked round-trip flights FCO-MAD-FCO (booking number A8VP4N) and purchased a ticket for the FCO-MAD flight on FR9673 on March 9, [redacted], and a ticket for the MAD-FCO flight on FR9686 on March 12, [redacted]. Both flights were canceled due to COVID. After requesting a refund, Ryanair offered a Voucher with immediate redemption or a refund of the ticket value after a few weeks due to the high volume of refund requests. I requested a refund on March 11, [redacted]. Today is July 21, [redacted], and I have not received any refund. I kindly ask to expedite the process, which is over a year behind schedule.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to address a booking issue regarding reservation A1Y89L. An incorrect refund was issued to a Mastercard ending in [redacted], which does not belong to me. The confirmation email for the booking displayed an incorrect amount of [redacted].15 euros, leading to confusion.
The correct payment of [redacted].47 euros was made with a Mastercard ending in [redacted] on Sunday, June 6th at 16:34 (Athens time). I have previously provided evidence of this transaction via email, including the transaction details and the confirmation email. I urge you to review your records and match the payment to reservation A1Y89L to rectify this error.
I have previously corresponded with you regarding this matter under query number [redacted]. Attached to that email thread were images of the transaction from my card and the confirmation email to illustrate the discrepancy.

Dear Ryanair Team,
I previously emailed with no response on the concerning incident that occurred to me. On May 27th at 6:10 pm, I was wrongly denied boarding the flight from Palma de Mallorca to Cologne due to issues with my corona rapid test. Despite having all necessary documents, including my boarding pass and ID, I was told the test was invalid as it was German. Despite explaining that others had used the same test, I was offered a last-minute test at the airport, which was unfeasible due to my mobility issues. Disregarding my disability, I was made to wait until after boarding and then abruptly left behind without a chance to resolve the issue, resulting in a disrespectful experience.
I seek compensation of [redacted]€ for the flight rebooking, additional test, overnight stay, and fuel costs incurred due to this incident.
Sincerely,
Maria S.

Hello, I am an airline passenger, Anzhelika Filonenko. I traveled on flight FR [redacted] from Frankfurt Khan to Kiev Borispol on July 15. At the airport, a fellow passenger mistakenly took my luggage, and I unknowingly took his. The staff did not properly check the suitcase. Upon opening the suitcase on July 16, I discovered only sweets and realized it was not mine. The tag shows flight FR [redacted] and the initials HERMANN YEVHENIY. I tried to return the luggage for exchange, but the person did not come to the airport. My suitcase contains valuable items, and I cannot simply forget about it. The airport and the person do not assist in returning my belongings. I kindly request your assistance.

Hello, my name is Giuseppe Rippa, and I have booked two adult tickets to travel from Venice M.Polo to Naples on September 2 at 08:20. Due to an unexpected event, I need to add a ticket for a teenager to the flight. My 12-year-old daughter will be accompanying me. How can I make a reservation for her? Should I book an adult ticket for her, or is there a different process? I am looking forward to your response. Thank you.

This morning, at 8:05 a.m., I missed my flight from London Luton to Athens due to road delays causing traffic. Despite arriving at the airport between 7:10 and 7:20 a.m., with three minutes remaining for check-in, I was denied boarding by a Ryanair agent who claimed it was seven minutes past the closing time. Subsequently, I booked another ticket for the 27th of July from Stansted Airport at 9:35 a.m. However, upon reflection, I decided to cancel this booking on the same day to seek a refund of £[redacted], as the customer service was unsatisfactory. Despite attempts to contact Ryanair via phone and email, their staff were unresponsive and unhelpful regarding flight changes. The website states no refunds but allows ticket changes, which I find unacceptable under the circumstances. Despite the short check-in time, I experienced significant difficulty and unfair treatment at the airport, leading me to request a full refund due to reconsidering future bookings with Ryanair.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share my recent experience with your company. My family and I had a flight booked from Birmingham, UK to Poland on the 20th of July, [redacted]. Upon reaching the check-in desk, we were informed that I could not travel with my wife and two kids due to my UK residence card of a family member of union citizens. Despite showing our marriage certificate, we were not allowed to board. This was a distressing situation, especially for my children, who were looking forward to a family holiday.
I kindly request a refund for my ticket as I had to forgo this trip and lose out on two weeks of holiday. The flight reference is KF8TJR, and my name is Nadir Zaidi. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Thank you.

I took a flight from Nantes to Naples (booking reference: L7KQNM) on June 26th with Ryanair, and at the boarding, I had to pay 55 euros for not reserving my seat! They gave me a receipt to claim a refund from My Trip, where I bought my tickets, and they denied it. On the outbound journey, I flew with KLM, and the day before my departure, I received an email asking me to reserve my seat! Why didn't I receive any communication from you? This is the third time it has happened with your company! I let it go twice, but now I refuse to purchase a low-cost ticket only to be charged extra at boarding! I will escalate to a mediator if I don’t get a refund of 55 euros! Best regards.

I made a flight booking to Preveza, Greece departing on 27/06/[redacted] with return on 23/09/[redacted] under reservation MEM6JE. The return flight number is FR2903 to London Stansted. I used the email [redacted], but since arriving in Greece, I have not received any emails. When attempting to use the email, it says it's not recognized. Hello,
I am reaching out regarding itinerary number #z7t7sp.
Our original plans were to depart from Venice to Paris on 7-31-[redacted]. However, we had a change of plans and noticed there were flights available from Venice to London for approximately €12. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to make changes to our booking, and it seems like we were charged an additional €[redacted] in the process.
We are concerned about being charged twice for the same flight and we couldn't find a way to use any credited amount from cancelling the initial booking towards the new London tickets. We attempted to contact support through chat multiple times, waiting for at least 45 minutes each time, only to be disconnected without getting the necessary assistance.
We kindly request your help in ensuring we are not mistakenly charged twice for a flight that should have been less costly.
Thank you for your assistance,
A. B.

Hello, I wanted to inform you about an issue with my return flight: booking Z4YEKY - Marseille-Brest. The outbound flight, Brest-Marseille on 24/07/21, was diverted to Nantes Airport. There was no planned transfer for passengers, so I had to drive there with my own vehicle, over [redacted] km away. A counter agent changed our return flight to Marseille-Nantes on 07/08, but we did not receive any acknowledgment. On the Ryanair app, the return flight still shows Marseille-Brest. For the return flight on 7/08/21 from Marseille, I would like a flight to Nantes at 11:40 to pick up my vehicle. Please advise on the steps to make this change at no cost, and how will you reimburse the road expenses + airport parking in Nantes. Thank you.

I've been trying to reach Ryanair because of a positive Covid-19 test, preventing me from flying today due to isolation. Despite spending all day and night on the phone and live chat, I had no luck - the system kept pushing me back in the queue. I'm disappointed with the customer service as I need help either refunding or freezing the tickets until we can fly again in August. I tried uploading proof of the positive test, but the system is not accepting it. Our flight to Alicante, Spain, is scheduled for today at 13:00, and I urgently need assistance with this issue.

I had to rebook my flight after my voucher was declined during payment. I received the voucher due to Ryanair's error and because of Covid-19, but now it's not working. I need to talk to a representative soon or I'll need to think about legal action.
