I need to request a refill for my prescription; however, I have been unable to reach a representative after attempting to call for four days. The past three days, I have been on hold for over forty-five minutes, forcing me to hang up due to work obligations. Today, I waited on hold for about an hour before opting for a call back, which took around thirty minutes. Frustratingly, I am now back on hold after calling again. I have never experienced such difficulty in the past, and I am unsure why this is happening now. I urgently need to refill my prescription and require assistance promptly. I recently received my medication refill via mail on 2-8-20, but unfortunately, upon opening the package, I found the prescription bottle smashed with pills spilled inside the mailing bag. There are also broken tablets in the damaged bottle. I will provide pictures of the situation. I have previously requested that the bottle be packed with cotton or sent in a smaller container to prevent breakage of the caplets. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue with broken tablets, making it challenging to ensure the correct dosage for my kidney condition. How can we address this ongoing problem effectively?

I have been trying to contact RX Outreach over the phone with no success. I urgently need to place an order for some medication. Due to recent health issues, there are medications currently on hold that I no longer need after a stroke. Despite my repeated attempts, I am stuck listening to an automated voice for hours without ever reaching a real person. Unfortunately, being in a wheelchair makes it difficult for me to answer the phone promptly and I keep missing their calls. I would appreciate it if there was an alternative phone number where I could speak with a live person. Thank you.
