I tried to purchase a new copy of RM7 at the discounted price online on January 4, [redacted]. The authorization failed four times while I was inputting my contact information, leading me to abandon the purchase. I did not receive any confirmation emails. However, my credit card statement indicates that four transactions have been processed for four copies instead of the single copy I intended to buy. Could you please address this issue by refunding me for three copies of RM7 at the discounted price and reimbursing my credit card for the excess transactions, including any associated fees?
