Hello, my name is Jason B. I've been a loyal Rocawear customer for over 15 years. Recently, I noticed that the boots I purchased have been tearing at the bottom where the sole is located. This has happened the last two times I bought them, which is unusual compared to previous purchases. I have some photos showing the issue if needed. I recently purchased a pair of Rocawear Men's Amboy Boots in wheat color from Walmart.com. After receiving the boots on Monday, Feb. 10, I noticed an issue with one of the shoelaces where the outer layer unraveled upon lacing them up. I really like the boots and would prefer to keep them, but I would appreciate it if a new matching shoelace could be sent to me. I can provide a photo of the damaged lace if needed. I want to resolve this matter without having to leave a negative review on Walmart.com as I am happy with the product overall. Thank you for your assistance. - K.C.
Hello, I am reaching out because I am a fan of Rocawear Double R jeans. I am currently on the hunt for a pair of Rocawear Double R Black Sand Cad Yellow loose fit jeans. I have gone through three pairs of these jeans, and they are by far the best jeans I have ever owned. I understand that these jeans are no longer in production, but I believe it's worth reaching out to Rocawear directly to inquire if there are any remaining pairs in storage.
