On March 28, [redacted], I upgraded my RoboForm account from single to Family because we use your service on 2 PCs and 1 cellphone. Despite renewing the account, I started receiving daily pop-ups, and now my passwords are blocked. I purchased the RoboForm Everywhere Family Plan for a year with order ID [redacted]. The issue might be related to the email address [redacted], which I was prompted to use in the past but my actual email is [redacted] I believe I submitted a ticket when the pop-ups started, but I haven't received a response. It's crucial for me to resolve this quickly. If possible, please contact me at [redacted].
Hello, I'm Z T Armstrong. I have a RoboForm Everywhere subscription. The Edge browser became my choice when RoboForm did not function on its browser. Lately, I have faced the challenge of Leukemia, keeping me away from my computer for approximately 6 months. I have recently reinstalled RoboForm and attempted to set it up on Edge. Despite multiple tries using my email address and master password, I could not access my account. I even tried using my ID along with the master password. Furthermore, when I tried to create a new account, the system indicated that my email address was already being used. Could you guide me on how to set a new master password? Unsure if it's time for an account renewal, I am eager to do so when necessary. Both my wife and I have been dedicated RoboForm users for years. I am seeking assistance in setting up my account. Appreciate your prompt response.
My computer with RoboForm had a mechanical failure, and despite backing up with Acronis, I can't log in on another device without a second authentication form sent to my email, which I can't access without logging into RoboForm. I'm stuck without a cell phone for text verification. It feels like a dead end with no way to contact RoboForm or get answers after reaching out for 24 hours.
I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Poboform account. Although the password is saved in Roboform and has not been altered, I cannot log in. Moreover, I am unable to print the password list due to a mismatch issue. I have been a loyal customer for both personal and business use for a decade under the following accounts: scottd8562@outlook, scottd8562@gmail, [redacted], and scottd_idealroofingsystems@yahoo. Presently, I am using the scottd8562@gmail account with the password Sddft26581. Given that my renewal is approaching in a week, could this be causing the login problem? I kindly request not to have my account locked, as I am currently logged in and would like the opportunity to manually save the passwords if necessary. Could you please advise if there is a recovery option based on security questions? Being disabled, I heavily depend on Roboform for daily use.
I am experiencing issues with RoboForm where 60% of my saved passwords keep getting changed. I don't understand why RoboForm keeps asking me if it should save passwords that are already working, which is causing me confusion and frustration. I often end up losing my passwords due to this. I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this problem and avoid constantly changing passwords. As an 86-year-old, 20-year veteran with disabilities, I rely on RoboForm and would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you, George Meyers.
I receive emails from various companies with direct links to their websites that won't open in Firefox, so RoboForm doesn't activate. I would like to know how to install RoboForm on Windows 10, appearing at the bottom of the page next to the start menu for easy sign-in access. Currently, I have to close the email, open the browser, find the website, then sign in manually. Often, I can locate the link on their site. Is there a way to have RoboForm easily accessible on my Windows 10 so I can use it for sign-ins when clicking on email links? For example, when Citibank sends an email with a login link, I have to switch from the email to the browser, find Citibank, and then use RoboForm to sign in. I'm looking for a more seamless process.
I initiated the upgrade from version 7.9 to 8.3 last weekend. Initially, the process stated it was "Free" and wouldn't upgrade RoboForm 2 Go, which I need. Hence, I stopped. However, despite this, 8.3 seems to have been installed successfully. It functions well, but my passcards are missing. During installation, I disconnected the USB with RF2Go for safety. On reconnection, RF2Go showed as the "Free" version, although I upgraded to "Pro" years ago. When I started 8.3, it prompted for my master password, which I can't recall. I can't find the master PWD on my USB RF2Go. Resulting in my paid "Pro" version now labeled as "Free" unable to access my 7.9 data. I need either a fully functional older version like Pro 7.9 or a fix to read my data on 8.3. In essence, I urgently require a resolution as I have critical information for [redacted]+ addresses that is irreplaceable. A working solution is imperative. Sincerely, J.K.
I am experiencing significant issues with Roboform Everywhere, which was purchased on 3/20/[redacted] and is set to expire on 4/17/[redacted]. When I attempt to log into the main site, I am informed that my subscription has expired along with the 10-day trial. I am concerned because I do not want to risk losing all my saved data in my Roboform account, particularly since all user names may be deleted. Despite sending various emails, I have not received helpful responses as the email address provided is a no-reply address with only generic replies. I attempted to contact customer service four times at 1-[redacted], leaving my name and phone number, but unfortunately, no one has returned my calls. I am feeling extremely frustrated and irritated by this situation. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to address this issue promptly. Thank you. Michael Eisner
I have been using a personal RoboForm license for many years, which is valid until [redacted]. I decided to try the Business platform for a 14-day trial, but it was not suitable for my needs. After the trial expired, I attempted to go back to my personal account, but I am currently unable to access it. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error message stating that my Business trial has ended. I would appreciate any help in transitioning back to my original personal RoboForm account. Thank you.
Upon realizing that both my wife and I accidentally signed up for Roboform Everywhere, I reached out to Roboform to address the situation. They were able to merge our accounts, and now my account ([redacted]) includes her account ([redacted]) with the remaining subscription time. However, my wife recently received a renewal notice for her account set to expire on 04/23/[redacted], with auto-renewal activated. The renewal amount is $23.88, with a renewal date of 04/09/[redacted]. The email suggests a manual renewal to take advantage of multi-year discounts. I would appreciate it if Roboform could transfer her account back to mine and disable the auto-renewal feature to avoid duplicate charges.
Hello, I recently encountered an issue with an internet marketer from Egypt on WarriorPlus who took $[redacted] from me in connection to a VPS service. The individual offered to set up the VPS for me after I struggled with it, and requested access to my computer through TeamViewer. However, after delays in our project, he stopped responding to my emails since August. I suspected foul play and started changing my passwords. I noticed my RoboForm password, set as "PARISolympics2024," stopped working suddenly today. I fear that he may have altered it through the access he gained with TeamViewer, jeopardizing all my stored passwords for various applications. As a 78-year-old COVID survivor with medical bills to pay, the loss of these passwords is distressing. Any assistance in recovering my passwords would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I was informed I wouldn't be charged for RoboForm, but $16.68 was deducted from my account on 10/31/[redacted]. I demand a refund as your website states RoboForm is free. Please credit my account or I will involve my bank. I have tried contacting RoboForm multiple times without any response. I feel this charge was unauthorized. A prompt reply is expected. Thank you. - T. S. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] CC: M&T Bank, Denton, MD [redacted]
I had a one-year subscription to Roboform, but it was accidentally deleted from my computer. I decided to purchase a three-year subscription, but when I tried to download it, the system recognized my old subscription and requested payment for an upgrade instead. I attempted to work around this by using a different email address, which only caused further confusion. I have contacted Roboform via email for help but have not received a solution. I have spent hours over the past week trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Can you please provide simple instructions to reinstall the program from scratch or should I consider disputing the charge with my credit card and starting over? Thank you. My receipt for the three-year upgrade is order number [redacted] and transaction number ch_3KQyIDJLV3kHyVDQ1riAdFHY.
On Jan 27/28, I encountered an issue with Roboform that led me to seek help on JustAnswer due to the lack of telephone support. To access support, I had to provide my Visa for a $1 charge, which would supposedly be refunded once my question was addressed. Although the $1 charge was refunded, I later discovered that by entering my credit card information, I unknowingly signed up for a recurring monthly fee of $46. While I managed to stop future charges, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund for the initial $46 charge. Upon contacting JustAnswer, they informed me that I had agreed to this monthly fee in their Terms and Conditions. However, it feels unfair as I wasn't fully aware of this agreement when I entered my card details solely to seek a solution to a simple problem. This situation may be legally binding, yet it certainly blurs ethical lines. I understand this message may not receive a direct response, but I feel compelled to escalate this matter further by sending a formal complaint to the Attorney General of Washington State for their records.
This morning, I attempted to update my Master Password successfully. However, when trying to log in, I received an invalid password message. Even my previous Master Password did not work. Due to my Email being hacked, my regular Email input is inaccessible. I now have a new Yahoo Email account under [redacted] I urgently need assistance in creating a new Master Password to regain access to my accounts. How can I set a new Master Password while being unable to log in?
I recently updated to version 9.2.77 in April. This morning, after changing my master password, I couldn't log in with the new one or the previous one. I need a solution to change my master password without losing any data. Not being able to access my passwords is hindering my work on the computer. I desperately need to resolve this issue to regain access to my accounts. Your help in fixing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I've been using RoboForm for over 15 years. Recently, I received an email requesting an OTP, but since my original account was linked to an inaccessible email, I couldn't receive it. I reached out to customer service to have the OTP sent to my current active email. Despite receiving OTP emails, they expired in 10 minutes, and I missed them. After many unsuccessful attempts, I couldn't locate my Master Password established over 15 years ago. Consequently, I created a new RoboForm account using "[redacted]" as my username instead of "TillotsonD." Following a software update where I encountered a fleeting error message, I can no longer access the new account. I'm seeking assistance to access the new account with my existing data. I recall the Master PW for the new account: "Dtill@[redacted]."
I am struggling to restore my backed up identities on Roboform after changing my password as per the instructions provided. Despite attempting to follow the steps outlined, I find myself at a loss on how to proceed with the restoration process. Upon seeking assistance from recommended experts, I was advised to visit Just Answer and pay a nominal fee to activate my account for further guidance. Unfortunately, my attempt to make payment on Just Answer was unsuccessful as they claimed no affiliation with the Roboform experts I was referred to. I provided all the necessary information as requested but was left with a denied request. This has left me in a frustrating loop with no clear resolution in sight.
I have faced difficulties logging in to RoboForm since the recent update. Despite contacting customer service twice, the representatives were unable to resolve the issue. I even upgraded to the business plan but still cannot log in. I urgently require technical assistance. This is impacting my business, and I have been a RoboForm user for over 15 years without experiencing this problem before. I am not proficient with computers, and this situation is causing significant issues for me. The alternative is to consider switching to a different service.
I would like to cancel my Roboform account because I am unable to use it after the introduction of the one-time password system. My username, [redacted], is no longer in use for about 15 years. Consequently, when I try to log in, it prompts me to enter a One-Time Password sent to the old and unavailable email address, creating an impossibility to log on. My current email is [redacted], so please update my username accordingly so I can access my account. If this cannot be resolved, please cancel my account as I will seek another password management service that allows me to log in successfully. Best regards, Richard S. [redacted].
