Good afternoon. I'm Robin Showell. I have an account with your company, and I recently lost my phone, forcing me to change my number. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have yet to receive a response. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and intend to contact the BBB to report my experience. I am experiencing issues with the Robinhood investment app and would appreciate guidance. Since August, I have invested in multiple stocks through the app. However, I am dissatisfied with how they handle the information provided. After listening to a yearly stockholder report, I received an email regarding a proxy vote for Riot Blockchain. I found the voting instructions confusing and disagreed with the proposed choices. Further research showed concerns about Robinhood's business practices, including being sued by multiple parties. The new policies seemed to benefit company executives rather than shareholders. Additionally, one of my stocks, Histogenic, underwent a reverse stock split and disappeared from the available stock list, resulting in losses for investors. I am worried about pulling out my remaining investment from Robinhood as the value continues to decline. Despite efforts to contact customer support, my attempts have been unsuccessful. This morning, on October 8th, I attempted to open my Robinhood app on my mobile phone. Yesterday, October 7th, in the evening, I was able to access my account as well. Previously, I used fingerprint recognition or a four-digit code to log in, but today the app prompted me to log in or sign up, requesting a 10-digit password. I tried to reset the password through the "forgot password" link, but the email never arrived. When I tried signing up again, the process stopped at 63% completion when it asked for my bank account details. I entered my personal information, hoping it would recognize my existing account, but it did not.

I have made multiple attempts to withdraw my funds from your app using various case numbers, including [redacted]8, [redacted]0, and others. I have provided all the necessary information for the transfer. Unfortunately, following your instructions has been unsuccessful. Now, you are requesting my driver's license and access to my computer. Given that you have my banking details and two checking accounts for the transfer, I am unsure why there is an issue. I recently closed my account with Robinhood as I realized stock market investing isn't my strong suit. However, I have been struggling for the past couple of months to withdraw my remaining funds. Despite having provided Robinhood with my necessary information, they are requesting that I use a camera to verify my identity and access. Unfortunately, I don't own a camera and would incur additional costs to comply with their request. I find it unreasonable that they cannot simply mail me a check instead.
