I recently purchased the Sylvie-[redacted] sofa from Santa Fe Furnishings in Santa Fe, NM with SN [redacted]9. However, when it arrived, the cushions and casings were completely different from the showroom model, causing discomfort as they were overstuffed and made of different materials. Despite Mary, the store owner, attempting to address the problem by switching the cushions, they were different sizes, leaving the sofa even more uncomfortable and untidy. I am seeking a resolution for this issue before considering legal action, as I value a prompt and professional response. Mary has already sent several photos to illustrate the discrepancies.
