I encountered an issue while trying to submit an offer for another gig. Despite the pick-up location being very close to where I currently had an active delivery, the system kept rejecting my offer. This happened multiple times, even though my initial delivery point was right on top of the pick-up location for the second gig. I believe there may be a glitch in the software that compares delivery and pick-up locations. It's frustrating because it hinders drivers like myself from maximizing our earnings. If you review my offer history for today, you'll notice that I attempted to offer on the same gig multiple times, each resulting in the same error message. I had arranged for Roadi to deliver a bag from Delta Airlines after 7pm on November 14, [redacted]. However, after waiting since 7pm, I contacted Roadi at 9:15pm to check the status. Chloe assisted me and located the record with the number I provided (MCODL [redacted]). She mentioned that the bag was delivered and signed for at 2:50pm, which was concerning as I had requested a post-7pm delivery to ensure I would be home. Furthermore, upon my husband's inspection, he found the bag sitting on the open porch without any signature. I want to file a formal complaint against the driver, LUIS, who falsely claimed the bag was signed for and left it unattended. I expect the corporation to take disciplinary actions against this employee as this situation jeopardized both my belongings and the reputation of your company and Delta Airlines. As an Attorney, I will not overlook this matter. I will also be lodging a complaint with Delta.

My account has been locked for six days now because there were no support agents available when I requested an address verification at 7:48 p.m. I received a response at 9:36 p.m. after providing a delivery photo, but my account remains locked. I have been unable to speak with anyone to unlock it, as they keep mentioning the escalations team and user relations doing research. This delay is frustrating; the issue should have been resolved days ago.

I bid on a batched gig with seven deliveries. All items were scanned successfully except for the last one. The code and order number matched from the sticker to the app perfectly. However, when I try to scan or enter the information manually in the Roadie app, it keeps failing, stating that it is not part of the order. I am currently stranded in the Walmart parking lot waiting for Roadie support to respond. I attempted to cancel the single order, but the app indicated that I had already scanned an item in the order. The unscannable item on my phone shows as loaded on the Walmart side of the app, preventing them from canceling it. I need help as I am unable to proceed with my deliveries and have been waiting for over an hour.

I am a customer service representative for Home Depot. A customer contacted me regarding a missing delivery. I reached out to your company, but after speaking to your representative, I was placed on hold and then disconnected. I have been trying to reconnect since to assist the customer. The order, with tracking number E501-07A1-48A1-A394, was not received by the customer Christinca Mendez. The delivery consisted of two boxes. My account got locked after I mistakenly delivered a package to the wrong address due to following the GPS, which directed me to an address with no visible house number and no one present. Despite correcting the error the following Monday by traveling over two hours to the correct address, my account remains locked. I was in contact with the customer who confirmed the package was received via text and video. Despite multiple attempts contacting Driver Support by phone and email, my account remains locked. I just want to resume delivering packages without being disregarded. As a veteran, I believe being treated with respect after an honest mistake is reasonable. Unlocking my account would allow me to continue working, especially since I resolved the issue without any cost to the company.

I relocated to Illinois in August [redacted] and signed up for a Roadie account using [redacted], commencing work in December [redacted]. Inadvertently, I discovered an inactive Roadie account linked to [redacted] from when I resided in Florida in [redacted]. This old account is currently locked, preventing me from deleting it myself. I urge Roadie to eliminate the locked [redacted] account and reinstate access to my active account associated with [redacted] I submitted this request over a week ago, acknowledging it is being processed by the Trust & Safety team, but I have not received any updates to date. My account was recently under review for a few weeks. I have since received an email notifying me that I can resume deliveries. Despite this, I am still unable to log in. I have reached out to the safety team multiple times via email but have not received a response. Customer service has also not been of assistance. I urgently need this matter resolved as I have bills to pay. It seems unfair to prevent me from working when I have a flawless delivery record. My request is simple: please enable me to start delivering again as promised.

I recently completed a Roadie gig where I was assigned to retrieve an item that was incorrectly delivered and return it to the store. However, the supplied address by Roadie did not match the actual location where the item was left. This inconsistency was confirmed by speaking with the resident at the provided address and comparing it to the delivery photo Roadie shared. Despite my efforts to contact support for over an hour, I was unable to reach them promptly. When I finally connected with support, they abruptly ended the chat without resolving the issue. The resident at the initial address mentioned that there is another similar address in a different location, so I went there as well, but the item was not there either. After explaining the situation in detail to Roadie support, expressing my frustration at the wasted time and expenses, I received no compensation. Now the gig has been deleted, and I have not been reimbursed. I urgently require someone to reach out to me before I consider taking further action.

I recently completed a delivery for Home Depot but faced a navigation issue with no cell signal. Unfortunately, I mistakenly dropped the order at the wrong address. After a call from Roadie, I promptly retrieved the order and redelivered it to the correct address, providing photographic evidence and contacting customer service. Although Roadie confirmed the issue was resolved in April and closed the ticket, my account remains locked. Despite multiple emails and a phone call to customer service, my account remains inaccessible. No updates have been received after my request was escalated to the Trust & Safety Department. I seek assistance in unlocking my account as my mistake was promptly corrected with the necessary evidence. I encountered an issue while delivering on the Roadie platform. After completing a delivery in Redmond, OR, I had trouble with the app due to poor cell service. I informed a Roadie representative and confirmed the delivery with details and photos. However, when asked to return to the location to verify, I explained the cell signal problem. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation and provide proof of delivery, I was still removed from the platform. I believe I did everything correctly and went the extra mile to complete the deliveries. I shared images of the delivery, including one with a visible "W" representing Williams place. The recipient even assisted in unloading the items. Although I was paid for the job, I am seeking assistance with being reinstated on Roadie.

I was asked to deliver an outside dog kennel from Tractor Supply in Berkeley, but I encountered technical issues on the delivery app. Despite completing the delivery with evidence like pictures of the offer, the product on my vehicle, and handover to the recipient, I am yet to be paid. The reference ID for the delivery is [redacted], and the amount is $81.47. The gig remains "available" in my app. How can I receive payment for this completed gig from yesterday? I work at Tractor Supply Company - Store #[redacted] in Ringoes, NJ. Today, a driver named Terrell B. came to pick up an order (#[redacted]) for a customer. He later returned, stating that due to dogs on the property, he couldn't deliver the order which Roadie told him to return to the store. I informed him that he couldn't return the items since the customer had paid for both the products and delivery. Despite my repeated explanations, he dropped the items on our front walk and left. I find this behavior unacceptable and wish to report this driver. I also need guidance on how to assist our customer, who paid for the order and delivery but received neither. I do not want this driver to handle pickups from our store in the future. Please provide a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

A package was delivered to my apartment by Roadie and left in front of my door, which is not acceptable. The Toshiba 50-inch TV was delivered directly to me on Sunday, while the Chromecast Google Firestick was left on Monday around 5:30pm without any notification. Unfortunately, I did not receive the package, and I believe a refund is necessary due to the delivery failure. I have been attempting to contact Roadie's customer service for assistance but have been unable to reach a live representative. Here is my order number: BBY01-[redacted]62.
