Could you please consider unbanning my account? I believe it was permanently banned without my knowledge. Someone else used my account, causing it to be banned due to suspicious activity. I want to assure you that if my account is unbanned, I will change my password immediately to prevent unauthorized access in the future. This account means a lot to me as I cannot afford to spend more money on skins, and my family's financial situation is not great. Please, I beg you to either lift the ban after a suspension period or at least suspend it for a shorter time. I promise to monitor my behavior carefully in the future. I care deeply about this account, and losing it would greatly affect me emotionally. I sincerely hope you can understand my situation and grant my request. Thank you.

I believe Master Yi needs to be nerfed in the game. He is frustrating to deal with due to his ability to heal quickly during fights, chase down enemies with speed boosts, and deal immense damage even when he's supposed to be vulnerable. In addition, the community aspect can also be challenging when players refuse to cooperate when it comes to choosing roles. I kindly request the developers to consider adjusting Master Yi's mechanics, whether it's reducing his healing capabilities, toning down damage output, or tweaking his speed boosts. I need help recovering access to the account "Ax0ns" with the in-game name "Axons" on the NA region. While my friend was on a break from League of Legends, I used the account to play with lower-ranked friends. Unfortunately, while under the influence, I changed the password without saving it anywhere a few months back. Now that my friend wants to return to the game, we're having difficulty recovering the account as we can't recall which email is linked to it. The account has been active since early season 2 and holds sentimental value. I want to make things right and ensure my friend can enjoy playing again without any hindrances.

I received a permanent ban due to my reaction to a player trolling in the game. Struggling to control my frustration, I engaged in heated exchanges. In a particular instance, a player died due to an invade, followed by another player suggesting to give up on the game and intentionally causing disruption. Feeling compelled to act, I switched lanes to prevent further negative impact on the match. Despite my efforts, I didn't perform well, and when faced with unwarranted criticism from fellow players, I reacted emotionally. I acknowledge the need for a penalty but respectfully request a temporary ban instead of a permanent one. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account and am willing to disable chat upon my reinstatement. Losing access to this account would be a considerable setback for me. While my friend was on a break from League of Legends, I used his account to play with lower rank friends instead of my main account. Unfortunately, while I was not in the right state of mind, I changed the password to something random and didn't save it anywhere a few months back. Now that my buddy wants to return to the game, we are struggling to recover the account. The main issue we are facing is that we can't remember which email is linked to the account. This account has been active since early season 2, holds a lot of sentimental value and money, and I would hate for my mistake to prevent my friend from enjoying the game again.

My account was recently banned due to negative behavior. I found the explanations provided unclear and when seeking further clarification, I was met with refusal to comment. The message I received mentioned that my chat conduct warranted only a restriction, but due to previous instances, they decided not to lift the ban. I have been gaming for 6 or 7 years without issues, but my recent behavior was cited as the reason for the action taken. I would like my account to be reinstated as I feel the 3-month suspension, and especially a permanent ban, is excessive.

Hello Riot Team, I am experiencing an issue with my account since logging into the mobile TFT app. I used my usual login credentials, but my account now shows a different in-game name and I am at level 1, as if it's a new account. Additionally, I seem to be connected to the NA servers when I was previously on the EUW servers. I'm unsure if I accidentally created a new account without realizing it, but I don't recall doing so. I made a mistake by trying to sell my Valorant Beta key and ended up getting scammed. Despite my actions, I want to report the account I was trying to sell to prevent others from being scammed. My original signup email was [redacted], but the first email was changed to [redacted] The initial password was suckitup10, and the first username was Jay0Andaya. The person who scammed me likely changed the username to Brygodz during the transaction.

I reached out to Riot Games after they updated their login system following a 6-month hiatus. Initially, when I created the account, they didn't require email verification. However, I later added my correct email. Despite providing around [redacted] PayPal transactions as proof of ownership, including minor account details and usernames, they still won't acknowledge me. The responses I receive are unhelpful, claiming I haven't answered their questions. I've invested over [redacted] euros into this account, and it's now abandoned while they doubt my attempts to reclaim it. I am desperate for assistance.

Hello, my name is Borislav. I am in my thirties and started playing shooters with Counter-Strike 1.3. I have some experience with ESWC Dreamhack game guns in CS 1.6 and have grasped the basics of the game. Recently, I obtained a Valorant key and have really been enjoying the game. I come from the old school era when we only played in LAN cafes without voice communication tools like Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Discord, or in-game microphones. I heavily rely on sound and radar rather than my teammates' callouts out of habit. I have strong timing and rotation skills. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, I encounter confusion when facing an enemy Sage and mistakenly identify them as a teammate due to similar appearances. It would be beneficial if teams had different colored outfits to avoid such confusion. I understand that gameplay mostly depends on radar, sound cues, and game sense, but unique team colors could aid in certain situations. I have been experiencing a consistently high ping around [redacted] while playing the game. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like restarting my PC and WiFi router, my ping remained high. I usually play Fortnite with a low ping of 14 and get good results on ping tests. During a game, I mistakenly discovered that I was on the Ireland server instead of the USA server where I belong. On May 18th, I received a notification stating that my Honor Levels were removed due to alleged unsportsmanlike behavior in the game chat. I submitted a ticket to inquire about this issue but did not receive a response. Two days later, on the 20th, a friend informed me that I was playing League of Legends even though I was previously playing Civilization 6 with my boyfriend. Realizing I was hacked, I promptly updated my account details. Unfortunately, on the 21st, I was informed that my account had been banned. It wasn't until today, the 25th, that I finally received a response stating that the lack of security on my account was my responsibility.
