I am inquiring about my shipment from Rightstuf.com ordered on 10/2/[redacted]. I noticed there was a delay mentioned in the FAQ due to the merger, but orders placed before should still be processed. My account is under the name Kaiden Bruhn and my contact email is [redacted] The shipment has been pending for about a week, and the estimated two-week shipping window is ending soon. The order number is SO[redacted], and it's still shown as an open order on the Rightstuf website. I've been using Route to track my order, and it has been in the 'getting ready to ship' status since the purchase date. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
