Hello, I have been a loyal customer of Victoria's Secret products for a long time. However, in the last six months, I started using Revlon products after my cousin from Toronto, Canada gifted me the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor. I found it to be an excellent lipstick, long-lasting and safe for use. When I asked my cousin to get me another shade of the same product on his next trip to India, I unfortunately experienced a severe allergic reaction. After using the lipstick for about 12 days, my lips developed a red rash. I discontinued use and allowed my lips to heal, but when I tried it again a few days later, the same reaction occurred, leading to redness and swelling. I consulted my family doctor, who advised me to stop using this particular lipstick. I believe there may be an issue with this specific color and packaging. The batch number of the product is 3 09[redacted]7. I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have been using Revlon Colorstay Overtime 16 hr in the color Everlast Rum for the past 5 years. I noticed the one I recently purchased was empty upon opening. I've had to drive quite a distance, around 70 miles round trip, to exchange it at different locations. Despite the consistent issue, I have never received any discounts or bonuses for my loyalty. Is this standard Revlon policy to not compensate customers for their inconvenience or offer any form of reparation? As a loyal customer for over 20 years who regularly purchases hair products as well, I would appreciate some acknowledgment of my loyalty. Thank you, Deborah Duval.

Hello, I recently purchased your Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer and absolutely loved it. I bought it after deciding to cut my hair off due to some personal struggles. It was a much-needed pick-me-up during a difficult divorce. However, just two months in, the product stopped working out of the blue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of your product. It is disheartening to learn that your company is not offering any solutions. I invested $60 into this product, and it's disappointing to see it fail so quickly. I am now considering boycotting Revlon altogether, and I will share my experience with others. Thank you for the disappointment and waste of money on this subpar item.

I am a fan of the Revlon square brush hair dryer. I suggested it to some friends at the gym, but unfortunately, my first one broke after one month. I couldn't get a refund for the online purchase. The second one I got from Bed Bath and Beyond didn't heat up properly, so I returned it. Now, my third one set off my fire alarms today due to smoking after only one month of use.
Despite these issues, I still like the product and hope Revlon can assist me. I attempted to contact them today, but their office was closed.

For the past 2-3 months, I have noticed a consistent issue with the lack of restocking of the lipstick section at the Walmart in Lake St. Louis, MO. Specifically, the #[redacted] Silver City Pink lipstick that I have been purchasing for years is never available. The entire section appears disorganized and in need of attention from the sales representatives or Walmart staff. It consistently looks unkempt. I recently purchased Revlon ColorSilk in the shade 60 Dark Ash Blonde, and unfortunately, there was a missing colorant in the box. This was very disappointing as I had been looking forward to dyeing my hair on my day off, and I have been a loyal Revlon customer for years without any previous issues. I live quite far from the store I purchased it from, so it's not easy for me to go back and exchange it. I am frustrated by the inconvenience and the fact that my hair still looks unfinished. I have been attempting to contact customer service without success, and I'm feeling quite upset by this whole situation. I would greatly appreciate receiving a replacement for the product and perhaps some coupons for my troubles. The lack of response and availability during this time adds to my dissatisfaction, and I might consider trying a different brand moving forward.

I recently attended my work's Christmas party on Sat, Feb 8th. When I visited a local Walmart, I was disappointed to find that they no longer carried the Almay violet eye-liner and shadow that I had previously used before switching to Neutral colors. Upon discovering this, I bought the eyeliner [redacted] Black Violet and shadow [redacted] Seductive from your section. While I am pleased with the shadow, I must express my frustration with the eyeliner. It is extremely brittle, making it break every time I try to apply it. Despite being 51 years old and having used makeup throughout my life, I find it disheartening to pay for a product that consistently fails to meet expectations.

I am grateful for the 6-$10 coupons I received from Revlon/E.Arden, valid until 6/11/20, in exchange for 6 cuticle scissors I sent for sharpening. I recently discovered the service is no longer offered, and with malls closed and shelves empty, using the coupons has become a challenge. As I can only purchase Revlon products, I am unsure how to utilize the coupons. Considering the current circumstances and my limited budget as a retired individual, I am inquiring if it is feasible to convert the existing coupons into $5 coupons or to extend their validity for another 6 months until stores reopen. I recently purchased your Volumazing Revlon mascara. Unfortunately, every time I use it, I experience clumping and the mascara feels dry. I've tried applying it before any makeup, but the clumping persists and by the end of the day, it gets into my eyes causing irritation. I had to deal with an eye infection due to this. I recently bought Revlon Colorstay Makeup (foundation) and was shocked to find a "stick" applicator inside the bottle. Accustomed to Mary Kay or Clinique products, I usually apply makeup with a sponge or my fingers. Unfortunately, the stick applicator caused the makeup to drip onto my L.L. Bean blouse when I tried to use it. I also noticed that the bottle didn't seem to close properly, and as a result, the makeup spilled all over my new 4-drawer cloth storage unit. Now, both my $30.00 blouse and $25.00 storage unit are permanently stained with the makeup. I am very disappointed and looking for an explanation and advice on what to do next.

I have been a loyal customer of Revlon for many years and have generally been satisfied with the products, but my recent purchase of the Colorstay Micro Hyper Precision Gel Eyeliner #[redacted] Black was disappointing. I spent over $14 on this product only to find it was a complete waste of money. Every time I tried to use it, the gel would crumble, requiring me to twist more of it down, only to have it crumble again. I even accidentally got some on my eyelids twice before the product ran out. I have informed my friends about this experience to steer clear of this particular product. As a missionary in the D.R. for six months a year, I rely on bringing my favorite beauty products with me as they are not easily accessible here. I will not return to Canada until April and plan to repurchase my essential beauty items then.

I purchased Revlon Wild Thoughts lipstick on October 18th but received a damaged product on October 26th. I promptly contacted the company for a replacement or refund. The damaged item was picked up, and I informed the company of my change of address due to being on vacation. I requested the replacement be sent to my permanent address in Mumbai. I recently received an update on the new order being prepared for shipping, but the address remains unchanged. The product is still scheduled for delivery to the old address. I need assistance to ensure the product is sent to my address in Mumbai.

I purchased your new foundation hoping for the best, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. The consistency is too watery, doesn't provide good coverage, and even stains clothing. The previous foundation I used is no longer widely available in KZN Northern part, which led me to try this new product. I have a client who has been using Miss Roux Frivolous Fawn rinse. Ever since they changed the formula, she has been dealing with unwanted tones. Her permed hair has turned lavender, while the grown-out area is a bright golden blonde. Her hair is fragile and requires a perm for body, but she cannot handle two chemical services. I need advice on what to recommend to her. Are there any pigmented conditioners she can use to help blend and tone her hair? Please help!

I want to address a concern I have regarding the Mitchum Triple Odor 48h Protection roll-on for both men and women. As a long-time user, I have recently observed a decrease in the amount of product provided. This month, upon opening a new container, I was surprised to find it less than half full. This is unacceptable to me as a consumer considering the high price point of this product. I also checked my wife's roll-on and noted the same issue.

I am a big fan of my Revlon Candid Glow foundation in shade [redacted]. Recently, I have been noticing shiny specks on my face that seem to reflect a lot of light. After some investigation, I realized that they are transferring from the tube onto my face when I apply the product. I wanted to share this feedback with you in hopes that you can address the issue. It seems like the shiny substance coating the tube during manufacturing is rubbing off and ending up on my skin, which is not ideal. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I recently purchased a Revlon ColorStay Overtime lipstick in the "Unlimited Mulberry" color that I have been using for years. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the lipstick side being dry and difficult to apply while the topcoat side was stuck and I couldn't open it. This was quite upsetting as it used to be a very good product and it was not inexpensive. I am also having trouble finding the Ultimate Suede lipstick in the "[redacted]" color. I have been using Revlon lotion for more than 20 years. I recently noticed a change in the product available on the shelves in Kenya. Previously, the Aloe Vera lotion was in a green container and the lotion itself was green. However, now it comes in a green container, the lotion is white, the texture is different, and it feels sticky on the face, leaving it dry instead of moisturized. I'm concerned about the changes in our beloved old lotion. Hopefully, someone can look into this.

I first purchased the volumizing mascara, but it irritated my eyes, so I bought Eyes Wide Open, which seems dried out, rendering it unusable. The eyebrow product I also bought is great, but the inside keeps falling out. Although I've managed to find it so far, I'm concerned it might not always be the case. The three items totaled around $30. Please address these issues accordingly.
