I recently received the 2 Sorrento plates from Signature that I ordered, but unfortunately, the color is incorrect. I requested the white plate with terra cotta accents, however, the plates I received are cream-colored, which is quite different from the white plates I own. Given that the mistake was made on your end, I believe I should not be responsible for the return shipping costs. During my conversation with a representative named Rhonda, she suggested I reach out to this address so that you can provide a pre-paid return shipping label. I have enclosed pictures showcasing the contrast in plate colors. Your plate is on the left (with the tag), while mine is on the right. The disparity in color is evident.
