I went to the movies on Wednesday with my friend who booked a whole row to watch "Barbie." Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to long lines and only 2 staff members at the concession stand around 4:40 pm. I spent over $50, and my 6 friends also spent a significant amount. The popcorn we purchased was stale, so we had to throw it away. Despite not being overly critical, the poor quality of the food was disheartening considering the money spent. In comparison, Livermore movie theatre is a much better option for a pleasant movie experience with fresh popcorn. Although we enjoyed the movie, I would appreciate a refund for the unsatisfactory food and drinks. Thank you. - Yvette

I contacted customer service about an issue and was offered 2 free 2D movie tickets for my Regal Crown Club account. However, after creating the RCC account, the tickets are not showing up. I have emailed twice with no response. I am now requesting a full refund for the tickets. Previous message: (Ref:MSG[redacted]5) I had a terrible cinema experience due to the inefficiency of the staff. During the screening of the Oppenheimer movie on July 30, [redacted], I ordered food and wine for my wife. Despite being told it would take 6-7 minutes, I waited for 45 minutes without any progress on my order. The staff showed little concern, and the order was finally delivered over an hour later, causing me to miss a significant part of the movie. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability among the staff. I hope the cinema can address this issue. Regards, W.C. Tay

I purchased tickets via the app for The Last Voyage of the Demeter, only to be denied entry at the theater due to my 4-month-old baby being too young. This caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment as we had to hurriedly search for another theater that would allow us in. If your policy regarding infants was clearly stated beforehand, this situation could have been easily avoided.

I've frequented the movie theaters a lot this past year, and unfortunately, I have encountered poor customer service. I spent two frustrating hours trying to reach someone by phone to address an issue with the movie tickets I'm supposed to see today. The customer service team takes 24 hours to respond, but I need help urgently as I mistakenly sent my tickets to the wrong email address. When I finally reached an employee, she was unable to assist me effectively. Despite pressing the appropriate options, I kept getting redirected to unhelpful automated messages. It's disheartening when you're seeking assistance, but the support seems inaccessible.

I am experiencing an issue with my Unlimited account under the name John Ceniglio. The credits for the movies I have watched recently are not being reflected in my account. When I check the "Lifetime Credits Earned" section in the "CrownClub/My Account" tab of the app, it displays 0 theater visits in the past year. I believe this may be the reason why my points have not increased, and I should have achieved "Diamond 1,[redacted] Bonus" status by now. I wanted to share my positive experience with your employee Frankie Rojas at the Regency Theatre in Glendora. Frankie provides excellent customer service that makes our movie nights special. It's rare to find such dedicated employees in this day and age, and Frankie truly stands out. I believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service and should even be considered for a managerial position. Despite having other cinema options in Covina, my family and I always choose Regency Glendora because of Frankie's welcoming attitude. Frankie's passion for his job and care for customers make him a valuable asset to your team. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee like Frankie Rojas.

I have been trying to contact Regal Cinemas customer service by phone without success. A couple of weeks ago, I emailed Regal to complain about the excessive amount of promo messages I receive on my locked phone screen. These promos are bothersome, and I want them to stop showing up. Regrettably, the solution provided by a Regal representative did not work. Today, when I tried to send another email following their instructions, it failed to go through. If this issue persists, I may have to cancel my Crown Club membership. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
