Hello, I received three $25.00 Regal Cinema E-Gift cards from my workplace back in [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances like my accident and the pandemic, I was unable to use them until recently. When I tried to redeem them at the local Regal Cinema in Port Charlotte, FL on December 18th, I was told the E-Gift cards had expired. Despite the absence of expiration dates on the printouts, I was unable to utilize them. Could you assist me in reinstating or replacing these E-Gift cards? I purchased 2 adult tickets for Spiderman using the email [redacted], which contained a misspelling. I didn't realize the mistake until the movie day in Clifton Park. Consequently, I had to buy 2 more tickets at the theater as the digital ones were sent to the wrong email. The unused seats and tickets prompted me to call customer service, where I was advised to maintain a Regal Club membership. Can a refund be processed, please?

We have been subscribers for over three years and have been enjoying Regal Unlimited. My account is fine, but my husband, T.C., has been having issues with his account, especially after the COVID closure. We've attempted to log in using both his old ID ([redacted]) and new ID ([redacted]), but neither are working. Strangely, when we visit the theater, the Manager can confirm his account is active. Even though the manager changed Tim's user ID to his current one, the system still does not recognize it. I am unable to update his account from my end and it's becoming frustrating as we frequently use this membership. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at the San Marcos Regal Center while purchasing advance tickets. After buying 7 tickets, I had an unfortunate incident as I was walking to my car in the handicapped space. While navigating the ramp labeled "HANDICAPPED," I tripped on a small curb "lip" and fell, breaking my prescription sunglasses. I am lucky that two gentlemen nearby came to my aid, as I am unable to get up on my own at 69 years old. My main concern is the safety of the ramp with the curb lip. Although I sustained minor bruises on my face and hands, I am fine overall. I hope the theater manager could inspect the ramp to prevent similar incidents in the future. I am hoping for assistance with replacing my broken prescription sunglasses, as I am on a fixed income. I will be attending a movie on Thursday, June 2nd, and plan to address this issue with the manager then. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I watched the new "Jurassic Park" movie last Sunday. The movie was pretty good, but I was disappointed by the food. The popcorn was stale and expensive. Despite asking for the Large Combo, I was informed they did not offer it, even though it was advertised. I ended up buying the popcorn and large drink separately at full price. When I raised my concerns at the customer service desk, I was told they would have given me a discount if I had ordered a large drink, popcorn, and candy together, which was not indicated in the advertisement. The customer service attendant made an announcement over the intercom instead of addressing it discreetly. I am seeking reimbursement for the overpriced, stale snacks totaling $17.47. I have evidence of the false advertising with photos of the advertisement and my receipt. The experience at the theater was unprofessional and embarrassing, making me reconsider future visits.

I requested a refund for $[redacted].04 two years ago. I paid in full for a year movie pass in [redacted] before the pandemic, but due to your theater shutting down, I was not able to use it. You promised to credit me once you reopened, but this is unacceptable. I did not have a monthly subscription and paid for an unlimited pass for the year. I should have received an automatic refund instead of having to ask. I am okay with being charged for the one movie I saw, but anything beyond that is not acceptable. Please refund my money. I purchased two tickets online this morning for the 2:50 pm showing of Elvis at Palladium Regal Cinemas in High Point, NC [redacted]. We arrived at the theater, bought popcorn, a large Diet Pepsi, and settled in Theater 14, which had missing house lights. An employee informed us that the projector had been down all day, yet tickets were still being sold. Although I received a refund for the tickets, the manager declined to refund the concessions, which seemed unfair given their high prices. The manager even suggested that a customer pay extra to see a different movie in IMAX, which was inappropriate. Some patrons were wrongly directed to Theater 3, causing confusion. A sign on the entrance door about the movie issue would have been helpful to avoid purchasing concessions unnecessarily. Overall, disappointed in the local management at the High Point location. I was booking tickets online for the Minions movie for my husband and his daughter. After selecting the movie and location, I tried to pay for the tickets but encountered an error message stating the payment wasn't available. I attempted this multiple times and when the payment finally went through, it showed the wrong movie selected. Instead of the Minions, they ended up with tickets for a different movie costing $25, which they did not intend to watch. I followed all the correct steps; choosing the movie, time, seats, and submitting payment. Even though I have the email and confirmation, I would appreciate assistance in updating the tickets or finding a solution as I am not necessarily seeking a refund, but rather a correction to the issue.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Regal Bowie Theater in MD regarding my stolen personal items after a late show on 10/20. Despite speaking to security and staff on-site, the situation was mishandled. One of the maintenance crew members returned my purse after keeping it hidden with my cash missing. The other crew member confessed to taking my money and returned it. However, my Apple AirPods were still missing. When reporting the incident, Kiana promised to involve the general manager but I never received a call back. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have not heard back from management. I am considering taking further action and expect a resolution to this unacceptable situation.

I accidentally dropped my tanish brown change purse filled with 8 dollars in quarters at seat G2 while watching "It's a Wonderful Life" tonight. I didn't notice it was missing until later. The purse was special to me as it belonged to my late Dad who passed away from cancer 13 years ago. I'm hoping to retrieve it as a sentimental keepsake. I have experienced issues with my unlimited membership being canceled due to an expired card, even after updating the card. Despite changing to a different payment method, my membership was not reactivated. There seems to be a lack of responsiveness from the system to apply payments and restore services promptly. Unfortunately, there is no accessible customer service representative for assistance. The lack of effort in resolving these problems is resulting in customer dissatisfaction and potential loss. Additionally, the new theater design is dreary and fails to create an exciting atmosphere upon entering.

Hello, I am Victoria Bragg, and I am employed at Theater [redacted], Regal 16 in Southpark Mall, where our General Manager is David Hopkins and Kimberly Ford, with Delbert Harris serving as our Assistant Manager. I am reaching out to address a concerning matter regarding sexual assault/harassment occurring within the workplace. Unfortunately, when reports are made to Hopkins and Ford, they do not take appropriate action, allowing the issue to be disregarded. An incident involving my coworker Lily Lanzillotty being inappropriately touched by Team lead Justin Adkins only resulted in Adkins retaking sexual harassment training videos and a temporary work restriction, which has since been lifted. Additionally, my coworker Chakayla Taylor has reportedly sexually assaulted multiple male employees, some of whom are minors, yet no action has been taken by management. As a result, a coworker has left due to feeling unsafe in the workplace. It is crucial that such behavior is not overlooked, as it constitutes a serious offense. Employees need a safe working environment, and management should take immediate steps to address and prevent further incidents.

Today, I visited the Largo Fl. location, a routine during my days off due to the discounted popcorn and movie rates. Oddly, when I tried to pay for the movie with credits, they couldn't process it, limiting me to cash only. Despite this, I managed to buy concessions with my debit and Regal card, though the popcorn was at full price. The staff couldn't clarify the issue, so I proceeded with the purchase. I am disappointed with my recent visit to the Avalon location on March 26, [redacted]. As a loyal customer of Regal Studios, I have always enjoyed my visits but my recent experience fell short. Upon approaching the concessions stand, I was informed that two out of three icee flavors were unavailable, leaving me with an option I did not prefer. Furthermore, I was surprised to see that two bottles of water cost me $13, an amount I found excessive and not in line with your brand values. Things got more frustrating when I requested a refund for the icee, requiring the manager's assistance. Despite their help, I received incorrect change, adding to my disappointment. To top it off, my theater seat was dirty and covered in popcorn, not meeting my expectations. I write to bring these issues to your attention as I believe Regal Studios should always provide exceptional service. Hello, I have been a member of the unlimited program for five months. The program states that when I refer a friend and they sign up, we both should receive a free month. I have successfully referred seven new members through the app, but none of us have received the free month as promised. I have been paying for memberships for myself, my daughter, my son, and even one of my friends for the first three months. I truly enjoy the unlimited program, but I am disappointed that the referrals haven't been fulfilled. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I am facing issues selecting my seating arrangement for a movie I purchased tickets for at Regal in Manassas, VA. Despite difficulties, I eventually secured my seats but noticed an additional charge. Despite trying to contact the theater several times with no success, I ended up at the cinema without seats selected. An employee explained the extra fee was due to purchasing tickets through a third party. It took some time and the assistance of a manager to resolve the seating problem. Although the movie started late, we appreciated the efforts of the staff. Overall, the experience was challenging, but the movie was enjoyable, and the service staff were helpful.
