Could I have my points available for use right after checkout tomorrow? I am being relocated from one Red Roof to another by some staff here. A person pretended to be a manager and asked me to leave, although I had already resolved a noise issue by removing someone. She threatened to evict me three times recently, despite being a good guest for the majority of the past month. I would like to stay here if I can, but if I must leave, I understand. Can my RediPoints be made available on Friday at checkout or sooner if feasible?

I needed a room urgently between moving homes and booked one on booking.com for $[redacted] with a $[redacted] deposit on July 27th for August 1st. Upon arrival, I found the room door open, and the room was extremely dirty with roaches, burn holes in blankets, hair in the tub, and roaches in the towels. The stove didn't work, and maintenance only appeared on my last day. I had to clean everything myself and dealt with trash being left outside my room. I checked out on August 7th, but when I inquired about my deposit on August 9th, they claimed I owed more money. How should I proceed?

My family and I booked a 5-night stay at Red Roof Inn #[redacted] in Dearborn, Michigan. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found the hotel bathroom to be quite dirty. Despite it being a smoke-free property, the room smelled strongly of fresh marijuana. We checked in on December 13, [redacted], at 4 am and decided to check out by 1 pm on the same day due to the conditions. The staff mentioned that it would take 5 to 10 business days to process the $[redacted].00 refund. However, it has been 13 days now, and I have not received any updates or the refund as promised.

Hello, my name is Wayne J. I have been a loyal customer of Red Roof Inn Plus for years and have frequented the location at [redacted] Elkridge Landing Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD [redacted] over 60 times. Last week, I encountered an issue with my card on my last day of stay, Friday the 10th, and requested an extension which was initially granted. However, despite additional time provided, I was eventually asked to leave before my friend arrived to settle the payment. I was informed I could no longer visit this location due to alleged rudeness, which I dispute as I have always been respectful during my 5 years of patronage. I have not had hot water all day and now I have to go to work for the second day without a shower. My boss is upset with me for still having paint on me from yesterday. I need this issue fixed and I would like two days comped. I rent the hotel for a week at a time specifically to shower after work and have a bed to sleep in for a few hours. However, without hot water, I have not been able to do either. My wife also cannot go to work because of the paint in her hair. We both have yesterday's paint on us and it may affect my ability to work. I need assistance resolving this before I have to be at work in the next two hours. I'm a guest at the Hometown Suites Denver Glendale/Cherry Creek.

My stepmom had originally booked a room for me to arrive on the 13th and leave on the 14th of March. Due to unforeseen car troubles, we were unable to check in on the 13th as planned. We were stranded in South/North Carolina, dealing with car issues, and had to wait until the morning to get everything sorted out. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule our stay for the 15th. I am hoping to make arrangements for the missed night.

I made a hotel reservation online through your website and tried to use my rewards points, but only one of the listed hotels, Hometown Suites, would accept them. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised by a $50 deposit requirement that was not mentioned during the booking process. I was counting on using my rewards points because I don't have the extra funds. Since I couldn't afford the deposit, I am stranded outside with my one-year-old baby in the heat. Please, can you assist me by switching my reservation to another Red Roof Inn that accepts rewards points without a deposit? It's disappointing that this information was not provided on the website, and it's important that we get into our room as soon as possible for our safety. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I encountered a severe issue with bed bugs in my room, resulting in bites all over my body. After being moved to a second room due to the first one having no working air conditioning and a foul smell, I still faced cleanliness problems, such as blood on sheets and a missing bathroom door. To make matters worse, upon reviewing the hotel, I discovered that the room I was placed in was previously reported to be infested with bed bugs. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unsanitary.

Upon our arrival at Red Roof Hometown Studios, my partner and I expressed our interest in utilizing the RediRewards program. As newcomers to the program, I inquired about accruing points for future stays. The staff assured me that upon entering my information into the system, the points would automatically start accumulating. I was advised to download the app, activate my account, and the rewards would be credited within a week. Despite following these instructions, on checking my account one day, I discovered it displayed 0 points. Seeking clarification from different staff members yielded little information, with one even mentioning the need to contact corporate to understand the process correctly. I would appreciate assistance in ensuring I receive the points and rewards I was initially informed about. My friend and I have been staying at the Red Roof Inn in Reading, PA for about a week now. Last night, my friend extended our stay for another night or two. However, this morning when I approached the front desk, I was informed by the lady that my friend is on a list of individuals not allowed to stay there anymore. We were told we needed to vacate the room by noon. I am currently waiting in the parking lot with our belongings for my friend to arrive. She is concerned about losing service during her journey and is currently on hold with customer service to ensure that we will not be charged for the room since we were told to leave despite having already made a reservation.
