I regret attempting to use the Reloadit card and site. It's frustrating to transfer hard-earned money onto the card, only to face further complications by having to sign up for another site associated with them. The ongoing technical problems have wasted my time and money. Initially, I chose this method to add funds to my PayPal account quickly, but now I realize I could have used my debit card or checking account instead. I am disappointed by the inconvenience caused. Unless these issues are resolved and some compensation is provided for the time and money lost, I will not use this service again. This has resulted in my credit card payment being late, potentially incurring additional charges.

I purchased a Reloadit card to add funds to my NetSpend card. However, every time I attempt to sign up for the safe on reloadit.com, I receive a message stating they are facing technical difficulties. I have contacted the company several times to set up the safe without success. They are now only offering me a refund, which will take about 15 days. I used this money to pay my electric bill, and now I am at risk of having my electricity shut off due to this issue. I am extremely frustrated and believe action needs to be taken to address this situation. My current emotions over this matter are very high.

I recently purchased an $80 Reloadit pack to reload my card. I have successfully used it before through the Reloadit Safe without any issues. However, today I encountered an error message stating, "We are having technical difficulties at the moment. Please try again later." This is frustrating because I need to add funds to my card urgently to prevent my music from being removed from streaming platforms. I have attempted to contact the website's support number, but I have been unable to speak with a representative, which is very frustrating. I am beginning to feel like I may have been scammed for $80 by this large company. Any assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Reloadit card to pay a bill on time as a Social Security recipient without a traditional bank account. The card's pin numbers are under stickers that peel off with the paper backs, causing frustration. Additionally, the Reloadit account site is only compatible with specific browsers and programs, making it difficult to access. After requesting a refund, I was informed a check was sent on 8/17/[redacted], which I never received. My case was closed without resolution, but after complaining, I now have a new case number. Hoping for a resolution if they follow through as promised.

I am encountering issues signing up for a safe. Every time I try, I receive a message saying "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please attempt again later." I have already spoken to two customer service agents and cleared my browser's cache, without success. This situation has grown into a significant inconvenience. Moreover, if I opt for a refund, I am told it will take 15 days to receive a refund check?! What was meant to be a simple and quick process has transformed into a total nightmare. Currently, I have past due bills and a considerable sum of money lost somewhere in the Reloadit Netspend system, wherever that may be! I am feeling extremely frustrated right now!

I purchased a Reloadit pack from Ralph’s to add my last $50, but had to pay $53.95. I struggled to find exact change using nickels and pennies. I urgently needed to load my Netspend card for a rental while out of town on 9/29/23 but still can't set up the account as of 10/02/23 due to technical issues. When I contacted Netspend, the representative couldn't process the reload pack number and instructed me to visit Netspend.com, which wasn't helpful. Feeling frustrated and anxious that my money might be at risk, I fear I made a mistake by sharing the reload pack number. I now understand why it's crucial not to share it after listening to the warnings. This situation is overwhelming, making me feel desperate and lost, as this $50 meant a lot to me given my current challenges.
