I purchased tickets for a group of 10 passengers to fly with EasyJet from Edinburgh to Krakow in April [redacted]. The initial flight was canceled, and we were provided with vouchers for the rescheduled flight in April [redacted], which we reluctantly accepted. Unfortunately, the April [redacted] flight was also canceled, and now we are seeking a refund for the original ticket costs. EasyJet informed us that since we accepted vouchers for the previous cancellation, we are only eligible for vouchers again. We find this policy unreasonable as we paid for flights that were not fulfilled, and we are requesting a refund of the ticket expenses.

In June, I learned that my Mastercard was no longer valid, and Visa was taking over without my consent. The bank involved is Bank of Ireland UK. I would like to reopen my Mastercard account, which I held for many years. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this issue?
