I had a disappointing experience with an operator who was unhelpful and rude. Instead of addressing my specific question not found on the Qualcomm website, she refused to transfer me to anyone at Qualcomm, citing restrictions due to being a third party without internet access. Despite my attempts to remain respectful, she dismissively told me to "punt." If the operator reads this, I urge her to find a job that brings her joy. It's evident she was having a tough day, but her behavior was unacceptable. Treating others poorly, especially as a customer service representative, is not appropriate. I understand she may deal with difficult calls, but that doesn't excuse disrespectful conduct. I tried to show patience and respect, yet received none in return. Please reconsider your approach to customer service for your own well-being.

Please assist.
I have had a Qualcomm app on my LG Stylo 4+ android cell phone for a while. It allowed me to record and save phone calls, including those from my sister and best friend of forty years, whom I lost to cancer last year. These recordings are precious to me as they are some of the only reminders of their voices. However, last night, the recordings vanished without me deleting them. The app is still on the phone, but the recordings are gone. I have contacted t-mobile tech support, but they couldn't help. I am desperately seeking assistance to retrieve the lost recordings or be connected with someone who can help.
Thank you,
Marna M.

I reside in Cape Coral, Florida, and have been a CenturyLink internet customer. I have been dealing with an issue for a year regarding the ACP application. Despite applying through the CenturyLink website and being told by ACP that I am approved, the website still shows I am not accepted. I confirmed my details with ACP over the phone, but the problem persists. I was informed that fiber would be available through Quantum and contacted their customer service, who confirmed my ACP approval. However, when I switched to Quantum fiber through CenturyLink, they claimed my ACP was invalid. Contacting ACP and the FCC confirmed my validity, yet I am still being charged $30 without an updated bill. FCC stated they are covering the ACP funds, but the charges continue. I had an agreement to keep the same pricing if bills are paid with CenturyLink, and I was promised the lowest price with Quantum. Please assist me as the FCC and Rep. Donaldson are involved, and my ACP application expires on July 18th.
Thank you,
Gary R.
