I recently arrived in London on June 29, [redacted], from Kathmandu, Nepal, via Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR 9 with Booking Reference Number 5J6UGW. My luggage, which was supposed to be checked through to my final destination, was offloaded in Doha. The Baggage Service Centre staff in Doha provided me with a reference number, AHL LHRQR [redacted], and informed me that they would contact me within 24 hours regarding the status of my luggage. I have been trying to contact the Baggage Service Centre at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 but have not received any response. It has been six days, and I still have no information on the whereabouts of my luggage. I find this unprofessional and concerning, especially since my bag contains irreplaceable items.

I have changed banks, resulting in a new credit card, and it seems the refund cannot be processed due to the outdated card details. My daughter, Nina Slobodnjak, has already received her refund, as we made the ticket purchase together using different credit cards.

QR Airlines provides limited assistance for lost luggage, making it challenging for customers in need. Regrettably, they lack a direct phone line for inquiries and seldom respond to messages via their customer service chat app. While pleasant when all goes smoothly, their support wanes when issues arise. As a result, customers experience difficulty reaching out for help in such situations, as QR Airlines shines in service during standard operations but struggles to offer adequate assistance during mishaps.

My family of five, including an infant, was scheduled to fly with Qatar Airways from Dhaka to Doha on 06.07.[redacted] at 03:20. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by two hours and departed at 05:00, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Helsinki from Doha. Fortunately, Qatar Airways in Doha arranged an alternative connecting flight through Frankfurt. From Frankfurt, we flew with Lufthansa and finally arrived in Helsinki on 07.07.[redacted] at 01:15. However, our four pieces of luggage have not been located yet.

On the 29th of June, my wife and two kids flew from TRV to DUB. Unfortunately, their original flight was delayed, causing them to miss their connection in Qatar. They were rerouted to FRANFURT and then to Dublin, arriving much later than planned at 22:00 instead of 13:00. Despite waiting over two hours to report their missing baggage upon arrival, it has now been over 15 days since the incident and there have been no updates or responses from Dublin airport or anywhere else. The delays have led to additional expenses for essentials like clothing and electronics, which were in the lost luggage.

I am Manfred Dubbert. My booking reference is QJVBDO for July 5-6, [redacted]. During my trip from Hamburg to Entebbe with stops in Frankfurt and Doha, my suitcase did not arrive in Entebbe. Despite filing a report and waiting, it hasn't been located yet. The bag might have been lost in Frankfurt or Doha. I have all relevant documents, including boarding passes and details of the missing suitcase's contents. The identification tag is LH [redacted]. The suitcase is a blue soft trolley with unique white ribbons and a red card with the writing "The last reformation." It contained various items totaling [redacted] EUR. I need to file a complaint about a recent flight I booked with your airline to the United Kingdom. My mother and I had booked a return flight from Cape Town to the United Kingdom on June 15th, [redacted] (Flight QR1372). My mother, who is 83 years old and deals with anxiety, was experiencing her first overseas flight, so I made sure to check us in online and choose seats together. However, upon checking in our luggage at Cape Town International Airport, our selected seats to Doha and the United Kingdom were changed, resulting in us being seated far apart. This caused discomfort and anxiety for my mother during the flight. Despite speaking with the air hostesses, due to a full flight, we were unable to be seated together. The seating issue persisted on our return flights, causing distress for my mother. On the return flight from Doha to Cape Town (Flight QR1371), my chosen seat was changed last minute to accommodate a family. This separation caused more distress for my mother. I implore you to investigate this matter further.

Dear Sir, on July 17th, I was traveling from Heathrow Airport on Qatar Airways for a 9 o'clock flight. I had a total of 10 items of baggage - 9 bags and a baby buggy. A Qatar Airways staff member named Lovely checked my baggage, but there was an issue with the computer system. After a 20-minute delay, she only provided 8 baggage tags and one for the baby buggy, totaling 10 items. My husband's medication is in one of the bags, and he is a heart patient. I have tried to report this issue multiple times, but no one has contacted me back. I am feeling very upset and anxious as my husband's health is at risk. I have been attempting to reach customer support for three weeks without success. I am feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of response. Despite reaching out through various channels and seeing my messages acknowledged, I have yet to receive a proper reply.
My luggage, with file number LGW[redacted] under the name W., has been missing for over three weeks. While Bag 2 has been located and returned, it was separated from Bag 1 during transit, leading to discrepancies in the tracking information. Bag 1 is not a TRIPP brand, but rather navy in color. I found a layover flight on your website, but the checkout process consistently gives errors. I contacted customer service twice and received conflicting information. The first representative stated that because my layover was under 24 hours, I couldn't book the ticket. However, upon reviewing the layover terms on your website, it indicates a 12-hour layover for eligibility. I tried booking again but faced issues, so I contacted customer service once more. This time, the agent mentioned that due to traveling from Egypt, I didn't qualify for the fare listed. Despite reviewing the terms multiple times, I couldn't find any violations for my itinerary or fare. I hope the fare can be honored so I can visit the city. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent travels with your airline. My flight from Tbilisi to Doha was grounded due to engine problems, leading to significant delays and a lack of proper accommodation for single passengers like myself. Despite being promised a hotel, only couples and families were given rooms, leaving us to wait on the airport floor for hours. The situation was made worse by the lack of vegan food options, as the lunch voucher provided could not be used. This resulted in a 13-hour ordeal at Tbilisi airport.
Upon arrival in Doha for my connecting flight to the Maldives, the waiting continued, extending my time in airports to nearly 20 hours. Dear Sirs,
My husband and I planned our honeymoon two months ago with a main condition of no long layovers, especially since my husband was flying in from Canada. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Qatar, we were dismayed to find a 6-hour layover before our connecting flight. We had no access to food, rest, or even a place to sit in the cold airport. The hours were spent in discomfort until the next flight. Additionally, the boarding process for the connecting flight was disorganized, with a 25-minute wait with no explanation.
Following the 6-hour layover, there was an additional 30-minute delay on the flight. This resulted in us losing a day in the Maldives, a destination we had always dreamt of visiting. We are extremely disappointed with the experience and seek appropriate compensation for the missed day in this extraordinary location.

I was a passenger on Qatar Airways flight QR [redacted] from Doha to Chicago on Friday, July 29. The delay of about 1 hour caused me to miss my connecting flight to Manhattan due to security checks and baggage reclaim delays in Chicago. This resulted in me having to stay overnight in Chicago. I incurred expenses of $[redacted] for hotel, taxi, and food, which would have been unnecessary if the initial flight was on time. I bought a round trip ticket from Fresno to Shiraz. The ticket was involuntarily canceled on Aug 1st, causing significant inconvenience. Upon arrival at Shiraz airport, I was informed the confirmation was only from Shiraz to Seattle. I explained I would make arrangements from Seattle to Fresno. However, upon reaching Seattle, I was asked to pay for the ticket to Fresno. I insisted that I didn't cancel my ticket; it was Qatar Airways, and I had already paid for the round trip. Despite this, I was still required to make the payment. I am only addressing the issue of the involuntary cancellation resulting in an extra fare from Seattle to Fresno, which amounts to $[redacted].00.

Our family's flight from Kenya to Manila via Doha was significantly delayed in Kenya, causing us to miss our connection to Manila. Despite having a priority card, the lines at the transfer desk were quicker in the economy lane. We were informed about accessing the lounge during our 16-hour layover but were denied entry by Qatar staff who claimed we were given incorrect information. I am extremely frustrated with Qatar Airways. My husband is currently stuck in Pakistan, and despite our efforts to get him an okay to board, we seem to be stuck in a loop. When we approached the Qatar Airways office in Cape Town, they directed us back to Pakistan for the approval. It's been a costly process, as I've had to purchase tickets three times already without success. All his documents are in order, and it's baffling why they would require his ID again, which led to an offload stamp in his passport. It's a frustrating situation, and we are at a loss on how to proceed.

I'm writing regarding my recent booking on Qatar Airways for two business class tickets from WAW.HKT to WAW on December 10, [redacted], with return on January 14, [redacted]. The names on the booking are Victor Archutowski and Jolanta Danda. Despite not receiving a confirmation email, the funds were deducted from my account but were reportedly redirected back to me. My bank confirmed the payment was successful. After contacting Przelewy24, they shared a response from Worldpay Ltd stating the payment was successful. However, Qatar Airways still claims they haven't received the payment. I kindly ask for a letter confirming the non-receipt of funds for my bank's investigation. Despite receiving a case number, I haven't received a written response from Qatar Airways, and their agents in Doha reiterated not receiving the payment.

After numerous attempts to resolve this matter in both Cape Town and Islamabad, we are still unable to get the necessary clearance for him to board the flight. Despite having all the required legal documents, we keep encountering the same problem, leading me to purchase multiple tickets without success. The miscommunication between the airline offices is causing unnecessary stress and financial burden. I believe it is the airline's responsibility to ensure that his documentation is in order for travel. The conflicting information from Qatar Airways in Cape Town and Islamabad has left me frustrated and feeling like I am at a loss.
