I am in a frustrating situation where neither the service department is responding to my emails after several follow-ups, nor providing any Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the installed product. On 20.06.21, there was a conference call involving myself, Mr. S, and the service provider where they promised to provide the AMC request number by 21.06.[redacted]. It has been 12 days since then, and I still have not received any confirmation. I am puzzled as to why an AMC is not being offered, especially when I am willing to purchase it. According to Mr. S, there was an IT software issue preventing them from providing the service, which is concerning since this issue has persisted for six months. I am seeking your assistance in this matter and kindly request the following information via email:
1) Are AMCs available for the product?
2) If yes, please confirm the cost of a 1-year AMC.
3) If not, please inform me via email so I can consider purchasing a new RO machine from the market that offers better service. I hope you understand my concerns and look forward to your prompt response.

I bought a Pureit Marvella in July [redacted] with registered mobile number [redacted] aiming to drink pure water hassle-free. However, upon installation, an untrained technician named Vamshi failed to fix it properly. Subsequently, a week later, the Pureit started leaking. The company took a month to respond to my complaint, and though technicians Naresh and Sudhakar claimed to have fixed it, the leaking issue persisted. Moreover, now the water filtration has stopped altogether as the tank appears full with no water output. I am highly disappointed that the product ceased to function within a month. Despite filing a complaint with Pureit and the distributor, no one has taken responsibility. The lack of professionalism and care is concerning.

I am a long-time Pureit Marvella RO+UV customer, having faced a disturbing incident during the Covid-19 second wave in May [redacted]. I reached out to Pureit's customer care (1[redacted]) to change the GKK1 on my unit. Technicians arrived promptly and suggested a 2-year AMC scheme for Rs. [redacted], guaranteeing free replacement of specific parts. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the technicians were impostors and the invoice was not genuine. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue and warnings of legal action, I have not received my refund. I appealed to Pureit for proper handling of my case. Despite efforts over the past year, I am disappointed by the minimal discount offered instead of a full refund. I have not lost hope and continue to seek justice. I urge Pureit to refund the Rs. [redacted] as soon as possible. I have also sent supporting documents via email to customer care.

I have made multiple complaints about my water purifier not storing water and making loud noises. Despite contacting customer care, a technician was assigned and then later claimed it was not his responsibility. It seems like my complaints are not being properly recorded, and I suspect technicians might be avoiding the calls for additional payment. The lack of service in Chennai is disappointing. I regret purchasing this product and will not recommend it to others.

Help me with my Pureit issue
