I am extremely frustrated with the customer service at Proximus. I have just spent over an hour trying to update my billing address on my request confirmation, and it seems like a simple administrative task has turned into a nightmare. The billing address listed is an old one, and all I want is for it to match my delivery address. I have tried contacting them three times, only to be disconnected twice while waiting in the queue. Should I resort to writing a letter to Proximus to ensure they update my billing address, or perhaps send a pigeon with the message?

Dear Sir/Madam, My customer number is [redacted]29 and mobile phone number is [redacted]. I've been trying for more than three weeks since September 21st to activate my subscription service. I have contacted customer service almost daily with the following history of communications: 1) Initially, I tried to upload my ID card for verification, but each attempt failed as Proximus couldn't process the images. 2) I visited a Proximus shop where an agent successfully uploaded the images for verification, with the assurance of activation within 24 hours. 3) Despite the promise, there was no progress after 24 hours. 4) Upon contacting Proximus customer service, I was informed that the method used by the shop agent was incorrect, and I still needed to email copies of my ID to [redacted] for activation within 24 hours. 5) I sent the copies on October 14th at 11:30 am, yet as of October 15th, 20:00, the service remains inactive. 6) I am frustrated by the lack of progress and the difficulty in reaching a customer service agent over the phone. Hello, I want to share my recent experience at a Proximus store in Malmedy. Upon my visit around 11:00 a.m., I found the store crowded with only one person assisting while three others were having a meeting in the adjacent room, which seemed to be filled with laughter. I left and returned at 12:30 p.m. to find still only one person assisting customers, with the others in the room chatting and laughing. More customers arrived with little improvement in service. The customer being helped seemed to struggle as even with support from a colleague in the room, they made little progress. After waiting 25 minutes, the customer left. I was also disappointed that only French was spoken at the store in Malmedy, despite it officially belonging to the DG region. I will consider visiting Base or Orange for better service. Hello, I purchased an iPhone 14 yesterday at your store on Xavier De bue Street in Uccle. I am having trouble setting up calls because the saleswoman kept my SIM card!!! Needless to say, I am furious. Please send it urgently to my home at 45 rue de la Halète in [redacted] Nandrin via courier. Without this card delivered promptly, one of your long-standing customers will have to leave you. Thank you.
