Hello, I'm interested in bidding on multiple items for sale. I have a few questions: 1) Do you combine shipping fees for winning multiple items, only charging the actual shipping cost to my residence? 2) If I win a $1.00 auction for a Silver coin, what additional charges or fees can I expect, excluding shipping? 3) If I bid on and win multiple lots of foreign coins, can they be shipped together for one fee? 4) For example, if I win 4 foreign coin lots for $80.00, what extra charges can I anticipate, excluding shipping? 5) How frequently are new items posted? 6) If I bid on items ending on different days, how long can I wait to make the final payment if the shipping is combined into one package?

I won an auction, and it started its shipping journey on 2/18 from Ontario, CA, supposedly through FedEx. At 2:18 am today, it was in Lebanon, MO, which is two hours from here. At 4:30 am, it was "being transferred to the local post office that handles delivery to your area." The FedEx facility in Earth City, MO, is six minutes from my house and eight minutes from the local post office sorting/distribution. At 3:18 pm today, it checked in at FedEx in Champaign, IL, about 45 minutes outside of Chicago. However, when tracking it over the phone, it says it is in transit to the post office. The delivery date was pushed out another day to next Thursday, when I should have already received it. FedEx claims it is taking two weeks to ship 26 hours worth of driving and has to involve USPS. This change is causing delays and increased costs for premium FedEx service. Waiting 12 days for a shipment is unacceptable, especially for the high shipping price charged.

I recently received my order, a Sterling Silver 21.99g Necklace (Listing: [redacted]6 Item: 0[redacted]73), that I purchased for $37.75. Unfortunately, the item arrived today (2/23/19) with a broken claw clasp. The product description and photo did not indicate that it required repairs, and it seems like the claw clasp had to be positioned carefully for the photo rather than it being functional. Most descriptions in my previous purchases have noted if an item may require repair, but this one did not. I am disappointed with this oversight and would like to request a return authorization (RGA) and a refund. I feel misled as I would not have bid on the item if I knew it needed repair. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

I was arrested in White Center by West Seattle police on March 1st, [redacted]. I was taken to the West Seattle precinct where my belongings were taken and bagged. I noticed a brown paper bag with my purse inside, along with my small wallet and phone. I was assured that my wallet and phone would go with me to jail, while the brown bag with my purse would be stored in the property room. I informed the officer about a small green pouch in my purse containing jewelry with sentimental value, including charms holding my parents' ashes. Upon my release from jail on June 28th, [redacted], I visited the West Seattle precinct looking for my belongings, only to be told they had been "destroyed" after 2 months at the property room on Stacy St. I was unaware of this decision and learned that "destroyed" meant my items were auctioned. Despite checking the website, I couldn't find my unique jewelry items. My main concern is the charms with my parents' ashes. I would appreciate a prompt response via phone at [redacted]. Thank you, Barbara C.

I recently purchased a [redacted] Ford Focus S in an auction, with the only listed disclosures being open safety recalls and bumper damage. After having it towed to address the recalls, I discovered an ABS light issue upon starting the car at home. The OBD scan revealed bad wheel speed sensors on both front wheels and a "Brake Pedal issue." I have not cleared the codes yet and need guidance on the next steps. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the repairs and may seek help from Property Room or consider returning the vehicle to the seller. I've already spent $[redacted] on towing fees. Any advice on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jim G. [redacted].

I purchased a car through propertyroom.com and arranged for a tow truck ($[redacted]) to pick it up. However, the pickup location is refusing to release the car, alleging that I received an email stating the car was sold and I was refunded. I have not received any communication regarding this. Both propertyroom.com and the pickup location are not answering their phones. The tow truck remains waiting with charges accumulating, whether the car is picked up or not. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to resolve this issue.

I purchased a [redacted] Impala police car. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up, but encountered issues with payment confirmation from the property room. Despite paying $[redacted] within the deadline, there was confusion about the payment. After facing challenges with the police and making duplicate payments, I managed to drive the car home. Eventually, my bank credited back the $[redacted], but demanded proof of purchase. I provided the necessary documentation, but had to deal with a pinless withdrawal issue from the property room. The situation escalated, resulting in me paying $[redacted] for a car that I originally won for $[redacted]. I am seeking a refund of the $[redacted] due to the mishandling of payments and lack of confirmation from the involved parties. Additionally, I faced harassment and invasive questioning from a property room employee regarding my purchases, finances, and personal life, which severely impacted me and ruined my travel plans. Overall, the experience has been distressing and I require resolution regarding the unwarranted charges and mistreatment.

Here is the reference number: [redacted]2. I won the item listed, but ran into an issue wiring the payment because my bank doesn't allow wire transfers from my account type. Despite a few unsuccessful tries, I'm hopeful there could be an option for you to automatically process the payment, as it's typically done for transactions under $5,[redacted]. If possible, please arrange this for me just this once. Thank you for your help. If you need to contact me, you can reach me at [redacted].
