I paid extra for morning flower delivery today, but they never arrived. When I called to ask for a refund, I was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a representative who mentioned a system issue and abruptly ended the call. After this disappointing experience, I tried calling again and was repeatedly disconnected after selecting my request. One call connected me to a lady who rudely wished me "Happy Easter" before attempting to transfer me. The call disconnected again. I expect better customer service from a company like "Proflowers" and hope to receive a more professional response.

I ordered flowers for my friend, but they were delivered to the wrong house. My friend was home all day and the delivery person never showed up, even though I received an email saying the flowers were delivered. My friend even has security footage showing that the delivery person never came by. The correct address was provided, so this was entirely the company's mistake. It's really disappointing that my friend didn't get her Valentine's Day flowers. I won't be using this service again.

I am having trouble with the Proflowers order tracking system. It states it cannot verify the address provided, but I find this odd as the address is [redacted] Eby Creek Road in Eagle, CO. The order number is #[redacted]69 and it was placed on 2/9. Unfortunately, the order was mistakenly sent to Eagle, FL, and was "refused" there, causing it to be returned. Despite requesting a "re-send" three times, I have yet to see any results. I paid for the flowers on 2/14 when they were supposed to be delivered, but they haven't arrived. I will continue to persist until these flowers are successfully delivered.

I received a dozen multi-colored roses from my children on 5/8/20. Unfortunately, the roses arrived in bad shape, with bent stems, wilted flowers, and damaged petals. I reached out to Proflowers to address the issue and offered to send photos, but received no response. After trying to contact them multiple times without success, I called FTD for assistance but was redirected elsewhere with no resolution. My subsequent calls to Proflowers were challenging as I struggled to understand the representatives amidst background noise. Despite spending over an hour seeking help, I was unable to get a clear response and kept getting transferred without progress. My son purchased these flowers for me, and I am disappointed by the poor quality and lack of customer service from Proflowers and FTD. I hope someone can help resolve this situation promptly.

I ordered 30 multi-colored tulips for my mother-in-law and paid for early delivery on Friday, May 8th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived wilted and in poor condition. After a 45-minute hold, customer service offered to refund 30% of the cost. I declined the refund and requested fresh flowers, but was informed a new delivery could only be made on Tuesday, May 12th, missing Mother's Day. Despite paying nearly $[redacted], I did not receive a refund and the replacement flowers will arrive late. This will be my final purchase from ProFlowers due to this disappointing experience.

I recently received flowers from my daughter, sent from Perrysburg, Ohio to my home at [redacted] Field St., Atlanta, Michigan. Unfortunately, the bouquet is extremely disappointing. The lilies are still in bud form after four days and are accompanied by unattractive weeds. This is not the beautiful arrangement I expected. We usually opt for Pro Flowers, but after this experience, I will support local florists instead. I believe my daughter should not be charged for such a poor bouquet.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from ProFlowers. I have been a loyal customer, but this time I was let down. I received an email confirming delivery of the flowers to my Mom, but when I checked with her, she hadn't received anything. After contacting customer service, I was told to wait a few hours for a response after they contacted the florist. When I called back, I was on hold for nearly an hour only to be disconnected. To my surprise, my Mom received the flowers later, but they were nothing like what I had ordered. The quality was poor, and it was not the floral arrangement I had selected. I also paid for same-day delivery, which was not fulfilled. This was a Mother's Day gift, and it was very embarrassing for me. I expect a full refund for order #[redacted]46, which was for the "Full of Joy" arrangement.

My daughter and husband surprised me with a flower delivery from Proflowers for my birthday. Though the gesture was thoughtful, the flowers arrived a day late without plant food. Unfortunately, half of them were damaged and wilted upon arrival. I have photos of the condition they were in. I am disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price paid. Proflowers, please uphold the standards you were once known for.

I ordered flowers on 4/17/21 for delivery on 5/7/21, but they have not arrived as of today, 5/9/21. The flowers were meant for Mother's Day, but they are still missing. I paid $84.13, but the customer service representative, Enj, was unhelpful. Enj did not provide a solution, could not explain the delay, and insisted I pay for a redelivery on Monday, which is 3 days late. This experience with ProFlowers has been frustrating, with Enj showing unprofessionalism and providing poor customer service without resolving the issue. My mother missed out on receiving her flowers, making this situation feel like robbery and a missed opportunity.

My son attempted to send me flowers, but despite receiving confirmation on Friday, May 7th that the flowers had been delivered, no flowers actually arrived. The next day, a woman left a vague voicemail indicating another attempt at delivery with no clear details. After a series of failed attempts to clarify the situation and ensure delivery, no flowers have reached me. I am disappointed that the confirmation was misleading and the gift was not received. I made order [redacted]9 for Mother's Day flowers on 04/16/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive, causing distress on Mother's Day. Upon contacting customer service, I was assured the flowers would be delivered by 8pm that night, but they never showed up. Despite promises of a refund and subsequent emails confirming delivery, the flowers still did not arrive. Merely refunding the money does not rectify the situation. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, and this experience has left me dissatisfied. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will discontinue my patronage and share my negative experience on social media. Please deliver the flowers to my wife as soon as possible. I arranged for a delivery to a student in California who couldn't travel home for the holidays. The order was scheduled to be delivered before Christmas within a 3-day window. Although I got an email saying it was delivered, the student never received it. After contacting customer service, they agreed to re-deliver the item. I have tried to reach out multiple times, once by phone call and twice via email, but it seems like no one at the customer service department is capable of understanding my query. After calling, I received information that was already included in the plant delivery. In my emails, I clearly asked if the plants should be replanted or left in their original pots, but the responses received were generic care instructions that did not address my specific question. I am frustrated by the lack of comprehension and repeated attempts to get a satisfactory answer. It is disappointing to have to contact multiple times just to get a simple question addressed.

I have tried contacting ProFlowers three times in various ways but have not received a satisfactory response. The responses I have gotten did not address my question. Despite explaining again via email, the replies have not been helpful. It is frustrating that my simple query about whether the plants should be replanted has not been understood. I have followed their care instructions, but my concern remains unanswered. It baffles me that such a straightforward question cannot be answered correctly after multiple attempts. The lack of comprehension from ProFlowers Customer Care is disappointing, and I hope to get a clear response soon.

I just received order #[redacted]6[redacted]7 addressed to F.R. at 39 Oak Hill Circle, Malvern, PA [redacted]. This is my address, and I am not F.R. There is no one here by that name! This is frustrating! I called and spoke to someone with a heavy accent who did not understand me. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but she hung up on me. This has been a waste of my time. I was trying to rectify an error that does not involve me. There is a gift card enclosed: "Merry Christmas Grammy!! We love and miss you so much!! Love, J. and S." This is a significant mistake.

I received a "Cotton Candy Bouquet" last Friday, and unfortunately, the flowers arrived slightly wilted with some brown petals. I promptly put them in water after trimming the stems, but by Monday, they were almost dead. I contacted ProFlowers customer service, and they said they would send a replacement of the same bouquet. However, I received a completely different bouquet called "Mixed Roses" on Tuesday, which also had brown edges on some petals, indicating they were not fresh. My son sent these for Mother's Day, and it's disappointing. It seems the customer service employees are just following protocol without considering the customer, and the florists working with ProFlowers are not professional. Given my background in a family of florists, I know this industry well. ProFlowers need to improve their service or stop offering products they can't deliver.
