For the past 8 years, I have been using www.sewingpatterns.com to purchase and download sewing patterns. Upon buying them, I would access them through www.printsew.com where I could view my purchased patterns alongside download and print links. To open and print the patterns, I also needed to use Locklizard Viewer.
Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered a license error message from the start. Despite reaching out to their support team each time, the issue was only temporarily resolved. Regrettably, about 2 years ago, the support team ceased responding to my inquiries, leaving me unable to access the patterns I bought. While I can see them in my print.sew account and have them saved on my computer, I'm unable to open or print them.
This situation has left me feeling scammed, a sentiment shared by others facing the same problem. I wish there was a solution so I could print the patterns I purchased. If only I had known this would occur, I would have printed them immediately after buying them.
