What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Printsew.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
