Hello. I attempted to refill my two 5-gallon Primo water jugs at the outdoor refill station on W. Franklin Blvd. in Gastonia, NC [redacted], but it was unplugged. Unfortunately, three different retailer's indoor refill machines were also not functioning, so I had to exchange both jugs, which was a financial strain as I am disabled and on a tight budget. I prefer my electric pump dispenser and Primo 5-gallon jugs and do not wish to switch brands. Could you please let me know when the outdoor station will be repaired or if any new nearby outdoor locations will be available? It is quite inconvenient when all the machines are out of order. Thank you. - Dana C.

I recently exchanged my Primo water bottles at Kroger and had an unfortunate incident where one bottle cracked and leaked all over my car. Upon inspection, my husband noticed discoloration at the top of the bottle that appeared burnt, potentially causing it to burst. This is not the first time we have experienced leaking bottles from exchanges, which results in a lot of wasted water and inconvenience. I believe it's essential for stores like Kroger to check the quality of the bottles before refilling them to avoid these situations in the future. Thank you for addressing this issue to prevent further inconveniences for customers like me.

On November 16th, [redacted], I purchased a Primo water dispenser from Amazon. Despite the undamaged box and timely delivery, the unit I received was in poor condition - it was dirty, filled with debris, had rusted coils, and damaged buttons and housing. I reached out to Amazon for help, but they directed me to Primo, the seller. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including photos, a timeline, and the receipt, Primo denied my claim, insisting the item did not come from their warehouse. My credit card company has temporarily refunded the charge, warning that it may be reinstated if Primo does not respond. I am frustrated to have paid $[redacted] for a new dispenser only to receive a used and damaged one.

I purchased a dispenser from Walmart around 6 months ago. When I recently tried to use it, the pump didn't turn on. Upon investigation, I discovered burnt wires in the motor area, which could have been a fire hazard. I am concerned about the safety of the product and would like a replacement. At the moment, purchasing a new one is not within my budget. Your attention to this matter is highly valued. Thank you for your understanding.

We purchased a water dispenser from Walmart, which came with a Primo jug. The water initially tasted fantastic, the best I've ever had. However, when we refilled the jug at our local Weis glacier dispenser, the water tasted strange, like chemicals or plastic. It was not the same quality as the water we received with our purchased dispenser. I am disappointed and upset as this was a Christmas gift from my husband. I am hoping to get a Primo jug of water that matches the quality of the original one we received.

My cousin filled one of our empty 5-gallon Sparkletts water bottles with tap water and put it in our Aqua Barista electric cooler. This occurred about 3 or 4 days ago when I was out. I found out last night because I noticed the water tasted bad. I removed the bottle, emptied the tap water, and refilled it with fresh filtered water from Watermill Express. After reloading the bottle into the cooler, I poured a glass of cold water and tasted it. Sadly, it still tastes like tap water to me. What can I do to eliminate the unpleasant taste?
