I need to cancel my subscription to Prevention Magazine. I received an invoice today stating that I agreed to their Continuous Service Program when I subscribed, although I don't recall doing so. The print must have been very small. I do not enjoy the magazine and no longer want to receive it.
When I called the 1-[redacted] number, I received a recording that they are unable to answer calls at the moment due to technical difficulties. I have tried calling multiple times but keep getting the same message.
I refuse to pay the $36 invoice and want to stop the subscription immediately. I am concerned about this impacting my credit score. How can I cancel my subscription with Prevention? Thank you.
