Polaris Customer Service Issues

Hello Polaris Bank, I have been experiencing difficulties with the ussd transfer service. Additionally, when I visited the Ife branch in Osun State to renew my expired ATM card in February, they said it wasn't available and wouldn't let me fill out a form. I now urgently need to withdraw money but couldn't go to the bank due to long queues and work restrictions. Please advise on how I can access my funds promptly. Thank you.

I applied for a loan at Polaris Bank, specifically at the Fatai Atere branch in Mushin on September 29, [redacted]. I submitted all required documents such as the domiciliary letter, employment letter, payslip, and promotion letter. I received the offer letter on October 17, [redacted], but the funds have not been deposited into my account yet. The urgency is due to a deadline of midnight today, October 20, [redacted], for the purpose I need the loan for. Last week, the Vault app deducted multiple times for my subscriptions of [redacted] to MTN, [redacted] to Glo, and [redacted] naira for regular airtime. However, I have not been credited for any of these transactions despite the deductions from my account balance. Today, I recharged [redacted] to my MTN line, but I have yet to receive the credited airtime. It is frustrating how unreliable the bank has been lately. How can they treat customers this way?
