I purchased a used RMK this year. I encountered an issue with needles breaking in the PTO side carb, all breaking in the middle where it steps down to the taper. While replacing the needles, I also changed the linkages connected to the slide due to wear, but it didn't resolve the issue. I am uncertain about the cause and how to rectify it. I am considering replacing the carbs, perhaps with ones from another RMK. Would I need to rejet them if I choose to proceed with this?

I have parts on order for a new sprocket pulley assembly. It will take 3 to 5 business days to receive the parts and then another day to fix. There is also a recall on my [redacted] Indian for an ECM reflash. In the two years of owning my [redacted] Indian Chief Classic motorcycle, it has had several warranty issues: 1) The engine light required replacing the cruise control assembly. 2) The engine light needed an ECM reflash. 3) At the [redacted]-mile service, the master cylinder front brake assembly was replaced. 4) At 11,[redacted] miles, the rear belt sprocket/pulley assembly needed replacement. There is also a recall for another ECM reflash. Each time I had to take trips to the shop and experienced days/weeks of downtime from riding.

I bought three Polaris heated vests - two from a local dealership and one online from Polaris. My order numbers are RN#[redacted] and CA#[redacted]. Initially, I thought the batteries were faulty, but after testing, it seems the issue lies with the vests. I replaced one defective vest at the dealership, but the new one isn't working with any of my batteries. It appears there may be a batch of faulty vests. I am worried the two "gift" vests might face the same issue. While the dealership was helpful, I believe this is a broader Polaris problem. I am seeking guidance on the next steps to resolve this dilemma. Thank you. Jack D. [redacted] Email from Polaris on 10/26/16: Hello Jack, Thank you for reaching out to Polaris. The replacement battery part number is [redacted], which won't be available until January or February [redacted]. We value your feedback and suggest contacting your dealer or calling 1-[redacted]-Polaris for assistance. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for a response if you choose to reach out again. Best regards, Case:[redacted]

Dan Ferderer from Forest Lake, MN, a lifetime resident at 57 years old, shared his extensive snowmobiling history. He reminisced about his first sled, a [redacted] Colt his father bought in Oakdale, MN, and mentioned owning around 30 snowmobiles, mostly Polaris. He currently has three Polaris sleds and is acquainted with a Polaris employee, Pat Adrian. Dan detailed purchasing his [redacted] RMK [redacted]" 3" paddle snow check sled from Ryan Kenneth Schrupp in Pine River, MN, and the ensuing engine issue during a trip in West Yellowstone. Despite being a seasoned rider since [redacted], having traveled to West Yellowstone multiple times, and maintaining his sleds diligently, Dan was disappointed to find out there was no warranty for the engine failure. He expressed his hope for Polaris to provide him with a new engine or sell him one at cost, given his mechanical expertise and connections within the industry, including knowing Pat Adrian. Dan signed off patiently awaiting a response and provided his contact information for Polaris to reach out to him.

I borrowed money from my friend, and he said I should withdraw money from his account using his ATM and phone number to pay him back at my own pace. However, I didn't realize the money was for his mom. When she asked for the money later, he lied, saying it was still in his account. His mom and uncle went to the bank to collect the money, but there was no money left as I had taken it. They blocked the account the money was transferred to, and I've been unable to access my account since then. Even though I have repaid them, they refuse to go to the bank to reopen my account.

I have been a customer of this bank since it was the Cooperative Bank, and I still am. I tried to do a top-up on my loan with your bank and unfortunately, I was rudely spoken to by my account officer at the Iwo Road Ibadan branch. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month now with no success. Also, another account of mine from Mainstream bank was transferred to Polaris without my knowledge, and despite bringing this to the attention of the officer, it has not been addressed for over a month. I feel like I am being treated poorly and will consider moving my salary account from your bank due to the lack of professionalism of many of your staff members. Only a few employees in these branches seem to be responsible, while others appear lazy. I would appreciate any assistance, especially regarding the top-up loan. Thank you.

I believe the front axles were designed with a snap ring, making their removal quite challenging and best handled by a professional. Unfortunately, there are very few helpful videos available due to the tricky nature of this process. The effort required to manipulate the snap ring into the correct position for removal seems excessive. This, coupled with other design flaws, may lead me to consider a different brand when it comes time to replace my [redacted] General Deluxe.

I've waited three business days before sending this email, but I am still very disappointed in how I was treated at Route 3A Motorsports in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts by Eric. My family has been doing business with Polaris for over 50 years. I own several Polaris vehicles, including my [redacted] Sportsman [redacted] EPS, [redacted] Indy XC [redacted], two [redacted] Indy 500s, [redacted] Indy SP, and [redacted] Indy XC Anniversary Edition. I spoke with Eric at Route 3A Motorsports about the Indy [redacted] they had for sale. I specifically asked for the price out the door on 9-25-21 for the sled, and he gave me the price of $13,[redacted]. When I went to purchase the [redacted] Indy [redacted] on 9-28-21, Eric said he wanted $15,[redacted] for the sled instead. This change in price was disrespectful, especially considering he had given me the original price of $13,[redacted]. I had driven 1.5 hours to get there and felt mistreated. I mentioned this to the dealer, who offered to switch me to Arctic Cat instead. I have many connections in the industry and had considered sharing my experience on social media but refrained. I believe Route 3A Motorsports should be held accountable by Polaris for their disregard for customers. Bob D.

I own a [redacted] Polaris Sportsman [redacted] ATV that included a winch, plow, and windshield from the dealer. Removing the windshield after the first winter, I realized its value in keeping snow off the instrument gauge pod and my face and hands. To adjust the handlebars for a more comfortable posture at 6'1" tall, I raised the hand grips. However, now that I want to reattach the windshield, the support arms do not align properly with the cutout in the glass (Lexan). This prevents me from using the windshield without a different bracket. I am looking for information on whether Polaris offers alternative support arms for the windscreen for taller riders like me. The windshield is essential for keeping the elements at bay during my rides, and I believe there should be a solution to this design issue. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

In [redacted], I bought a Sportsman [redacted] from Abernathy Polaris Dealership in Union, TN. Since then, I've had ongoing issues with the battery. About a year later, the rear tail lights and fenders melted off. The dealership replaced them, but the battery problems persist. If the unit sits for a couple of weeks, the battery dies, requiring a lengthy charge before use. Despite trying a Gell Cell Battery recently, the problem remains, making it frustrating to rely on the unit. Interestingly, a friend who bought the same model at the same time faces identical challenges. When I've raised these concerns with Polaris before, no resolution was provided. It's frustrating as I need the unit to work reliably when required. Hoping for a solution. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance regarding a transaction issue that occurred on July 19, [redacted], where the funds I sent never reached the intended recipient and have not been refunded. Despite visiting my bank and providing statements showing the money was deducted from my account but not received by the beneficiary, Wema Bank, I have yet to recover the amount of ₦5,[redacted]. While I have been unable to follow up with my bank directly, contacting Polarizbank online resulted in them stating that the transaction was successful. The transaction details are: Transaction Number: [redacted] Beneficiary: OPAYEMI ABIODUN OLUSEGUN Branch: Polarizbank, IGBO-ORA (Eruwa branch), Oyo State, Nigeria. IGBO-ORA is in Ibarapa Central, Oyo State, Nigeria, and Eruwa is in Ibarapa East, Oyo State, Nigeria.

I purchased a [redacted] Polaris North Star Trail Boss, and unfortunately, it has caused me endless frustration since the day I bought it. It consistently jumps out of gear in low range and reverse even after several attempts to repair it, including rebuilding the transmission and installing a new clutch. Despite replacing the transmission, the issue persists, leading to multiple breakdowns and inconveniences. The shop now suggests additional issues with the fuel pump, plug wires, and coil, which seem unreasonable for a vehicle that is only 14 months old and still under a 2-year warranty. This ATV was meant to serve as reliable transportation for my farm, and the constant problems have left me feeling disheartened. I believe I should be entitled to a refund under the lemon law given the significant investment I have made in this vehicle. It's been a trying experience, and I am disappointed in the situation.

I am frustrated with Polaris for not offering individual parts, like the $10 clamp I need for my upper door. Instead of selling just the clamp, Polaris insists I buy the whole kit, costing between $[redacted] to $[redacted]. Despite being a loyal customer since [redacted], owning a Sportsman [redacted], RZR [redacted], and now a RZR [redacted] Trail S Gray Ghost Ultimate, my recent experience with Polaris's parts department has made me reconsider my loyalty. Waiting months for a bumper last year was already disappointing. Due to this parts support issue, I am selling my Sportsman [redacted] and trading my RZR [redacted] for a Can-Am. I plan to encourage my family members who own the same RZR as I do to do the same. It's frustrating that a simple part like a clamp (part number [redacted]) is not readily available without purchasing the entire kit. My trust in Polaris has significantly decreased after this encounter.

I recently purchased a [redacted] Indian Scout ABS with less than [redacted] miles. The title is clean, but I am experiencing multiple issues. The starter is not working correctly despite a new battery. I was informed about a past recall Indian covered but now I'm advised to contact Polaris Customer Support. The ABS light is on, requiring a new front wheel sensor. The horn and front fork seals also need attention. The handlebar control repair is expensive and prevents passing inspection for registration in Texas. The estimated cost is $[redacted] excluding the initial break-in service. For such a low mileage bike, these issues are surprising. Can Polaris assist with parts or service? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jude. I currently reside in China and have been here for 6 years. Unfortunately, I lost my Nigeria SIM card last year in April and have been unable to retrieve it. I need to update my phone number in my account to a Chinese number. I have tried using the mobile app but it requires confirmation through the old Nigeria number, which I no longer have access to. I would appreciate any assistance in changing my phone number and adding an email for notifications. Thank you for your help, I am looking forward to your response.

I've been attempting to transfer funds using my ussd code for the past four days, but unfortunately, it hasn't been successful. Even tasks like checking my account balance and recharging my phone have been problematic. I urgently need this matter resolved as I am currently in a difficult situation and require the funds for something important. I visited the nearest branch for a debit card, but they were out of stock due to the current situation in the country. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.
