Recently, I bought a 32-pack of Poland Spring water bottles from Walmart. Last night, while drinking from one, I felt a sharp piece of plastic in my throat. After struggling with coughing and vomiting, I went to the emergency room where they couldn't do much. Although I managed to remove the plastic, my throat still hurts. This experience was terrifying, and I worry about the safety of their products. I hope Poland Spring and Nestle take this seriously and address it promptly. I am open to hearing from a representative to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Workers from Poland Spring have left gallons of water blocking my stairs and driveway at home. This order was for residents on our second floor who do not use this water, so it has been sitting there for 3 days. The water is now going to waste and is being treated as garbage. It is concerning that these residents receive free favors from the government such as free rent, food, and money, yet they waste expensive water during an emergency. It would be more beneficial if those in need, especially during the pandemic, had access to this water instead.

I recently purchased 9 cases of 24-pack 16.9 oz bottles of Poland Spring Water, a product I always rely on. Due to my disability, I require assistance carrying the water, so I buy in bulk to reduce the frequency of my shopping trips. Unfortunately, I discovered that all the bottles in every case had tiny pinholes, resulting in water leakage and dampness inside each one. I recently contacted your customer service to express my disappointment with the labels on my bottled water that keep slipping off. After being disconnected once and having to provide information to a representative who apologized for the inconvenience, the issue continued with more labels detaching from the bottles. Today I called again, but was transferred to the wrong department after enduring long periods of hold music. Despite speaking with a pleasant representative now, I am once again on hold. As loyal customers of Poland Spring, my husband and I are feeling frustrated. My husband and I enjoy Poland Springs Simply Bubbles. It's the only drink he prefers besides coffee. I just wanted to let your company know that in the last few years, whenever we buy this product, every few months we get one bottle that is impossible to open. No matter what we try, we can't open it, while the other 7 bottles are easily opened. This issue just occurred with our recent purchase. I'm puzzled why it's only one out of 8 bottles.
