I have been experiencing issues with a connection bar icon on my phone showing a question mark. Upon selecting it, a page with "Sign In To Network" and rd.plintron.com is displayed. I have two options on the menu: "Do not use this network" and "Use this network as is." Since this appeared, my phone's functionality has been affected. I cannot access the internet, send or receive emails or picture texts, but I can still send basic texts.

I'm currently facing challenges with EnTouch Wireless, and today marks the first time I've encountered the name Plintron. Since May 23rd, I've been endeavoring to transfer my old phone number from a different provider to my new EnTouch Wireless phone. Unfortunately, my interactions with customer service have been unproductive, leading to delays. I recently received a new SIM card on 6-6-23, after being informed of an issue with the previous one. Despite assurances that the problem would be resolved within 24-48 hours, subsequent conversations with 2 agents and 1 supervisor revealed contradictory information. Presently, EnTouch Wireless attributes the setbacks to Plintron experiencing network problems, necessitating an additional 3-5 business day wait. This situation is particularly frustrating as I am unable to access vital information on my old phone, impacting my ability to work effectively. I urgently require resolution as my livelihood depends on it. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly valued as I have exhausted my current options. Thank you for any support offered.
