Hello, I am requesting assistance with canceling my PS4 subscription. I have not used my PlayStation for approximately four months, and my console is broken so I cannot cancel the subscription directly. I have spent about three hours each month trying to resolve this issue without success. I have checked my app, but there are no subscriptions visible. I believe the subscriptions may be linked to either [redacted] or [redacted] Could you please delete any subscriptions associated with these accounts? Additionally, considering I have been trying to cancel for four months without success and have not used the service during this time, I would like to request a refund for the last three to four months. Dear PlayStation Support Team, My name is Daniel, and I have a question regarding the game Rocket League. I purchased it from Game 2 years ago in [redacted]. Today, when I tried to play the game, I discovered a voucher code inside the case. However, upon checking, I noticed that the code expired on 01/06/[redacted], whereas today's date is 25/07/[redacted]. This situation seems unreasonable to me, especially when I recently redeemed a voucher code for Fortnite successfully. I only recently learned how to redeem codes on the PlayStation store, so this expiration date is disappointing. Additionally, the writing on the voucher was hard to read due to its small size. At the end of June, our account was compromised, and we encountered four unauthorized charges on our PlayStation account. Following this, PlayStation suspended our account. Upon reaching out to them, they mentioned a need for a payment of [redacted] to restore the account, which I promptly paid, assuming it was related to a game my son might have played. Since then, we haven't made any purchases or faced further chargebacks on my credit card. Despite this, PlayStation has suspended our account again for chargebacks, and I've only received emails instructing me to reverse the chargebacks without specifying which transactions they refer to. My efforts to submit another message through their support portal have been unsuccessful, with automated responses directing me to wait 1 to 3 business days despite it being over a week. What steps should I take to communicate with PlayStation, or should I repay the amount for the fraudulent charges? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty adding funds to my PlayStation account. When I attempt to add funds from my wallet on the PlayStation website, I encounter an error after selecting my credit card and clicking "Add Funds." The error does not provide any details or error code, simply stating, "an error has occurred" and taking me back to the beginning. Currently using my old PS3 which limits adding funds to the online store, I am unable to proceed with purchasing a PS3 game. Despite trying on mobile and PC, disabling VPNs, and refreshing the site multiple times, the issue persists. I have searched online for solutions but have not found any helpful answers.

Three years ago, I received a ban on the PlayStation Network due to messages I sent. It was related to the use of explicit language while chatting with friends, nothing racist or offensive. Unfortunately, I was permanently banned after one of my friends reported me as a prank. I would like to request an unban and assure you that I have matured and will adhere to the rules moving forward. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely.

I would like to report that my PlayStation 4 has been stolen. I need to reset my password to secure my account. The security authenticator is not accepting my birth date information, preventing me from resetting my password via email. After engaging with Sony's chat bot, I received an error message saying I've changed my password the maximum number of times in the last 24 hours, even though I haven't attempted to change it at all during that time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In late [redacted] or early [redacted], I encountered an issue with a hacker gaining access to multiple accounts by using different email addresses. Despite having two-step verification set up on most accounts, including my PSN account, I recently discovered that the hacker had changed the settings so that the verification codes were being sent to their device instead of mine. Thus, I am currently unable to access my account even though I know the correct password and sign-in ID. I am perplexed by this situation and unsure how to proceed since I cannot receive the verification codes needed to log in. I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue with the two-step verification and regain access to my accounts.

I have been a PlayStation user since [redacted]. My oldest son also used the platform, and now my second son has been on it for 5 years without any issues. However, recently, my son experienced bullying from another player who used racial slurs and eventually got his account suspended. I have invested a significant amount in his PlayStation store purchases, and now all of that is gone. This has left me very upset. My son, who is only 7 years old, hasn't been able to enjoy his games for over 3 months. His account was under the email [redacted], and his username was lively_sight2. I believe he was unfairly banned and would like to appeal this decision. He was targeted by older boys from a different race who misled him into inappropriate actions. I enjoy playing various PS5 games like FIFA, Minecraft, Ark Survival Evolved, Rocket League, and GTA 5. However, I've been facing continuous crashes while playing GTA 5 on PS5. Every time I load the game and enter freemode with my friends, the screen freezes after about 10 minutes, leading to a crash. I've searched for solutions and tried redownloading the game, entering safe mode to rebuild the database, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. My console is not overheating, and this problem only occurs with GTA 5 on PS5. Other games run smoothly without any crashes. I'm puzzled by this recurring issue despite all my efforts to troubleshoot.

I recently purchased the Minecraft starter pack and received a receipt for it. However, upon trying to access my bundles in the game, I couldn't find them. When attempting to sign in with my PSN email, I encountered an error stating that there is already another PSN account linked to it, which is not true. The bundle was supposed to include [redacted] Minecraft tokens, which I also did not receive. Despite using different Microsoft accounts, I am only getting the base game without the additional packs. My PSN account email is [redacted], which is the only account I have had since the PS3. It's frustrating that I can't link this account to Minecraft. A few months back, I got logged out of my PlayStation Network account suddenly. I have two-step verification (2SV) enabled, so when I attempted to log back in, it prompted me to check my phone for a text message. Despite clicking on the resend button multiple times, I could not find the text message on my phone. Even after changing my password, the issue persisted. Clicking on the "did not receive a text message" option directed me to use the PlayStation app on my phone for backup codes. Unfortunately, I found myself logged out of the account on my phone too, leaving me with no way to access my account. I have been trying for months with no success. Please assist me, perhaps by sending the backup codes to my email or disabling 2SV on my account.

I was playing Rocket League on my account, FuriousFapper_YT, and it was permanently banned. I am unsure if it was due to a payment issue or inappropriate language, but I have over [redacted] games on that account. I deeply regret my actions and the things I said in defense. If it was a payment problem, I am confused as I never encountered any issues before. I am pleading for my account to be unbanned as I miss playing all my favorite games. I am looking to receive guidance directly from PlayStation about using two different PlayStation consoles within one household. I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 and own a PlayStation 4. My goal is to enable my husband and me to play online games together or preferably via a LAN network. If this is not feasible, I may need to cancel my new console. Although I have come across information online, I would like confirmation from PlayStation (Sony) to ensure accuracy. My husband has his own PlayStation account while the console is registered under my account. I am reaching out regarding the temporary ban on my account for a week. I was playing a game and after losing a match, I continued playing others. The player who defeated me messaged me on PSN, criticizing my skills. I requested a rematch and won with a convincing 2-0 victory, after which I engaged in some banter. Shortly after, he reported me, leading to a swift ban. I am inquiring about the possibility of appealing for a reduced ban duration. The Code of Conduct clearly prohibits threats, bullying, harassment, trolling, or encouraging such behavior. It seems unfair that he initiated the confrontation by messaging me, thus escalating the situation. I am seeking clarity on the potential for a reduced ban or if the other party received similar consequences for their role in the incident.

My account is linked to an old phone number that I can no longer use because my phone was stolen. I got a new SIM card, and now I can't access my account due to 2-step verification. The phone number for 2-step verification is +[redacted]1. I have the email and password for the account but can't access my PlayStation as it's in a different country. I preordered NBA 2k23 Championship Edition for over $[redacted]. Despite this, PlayStation is only offering me the standard edition and is requesting additional payment for the content I already purchased. I have yet to receive my access to NBA League Pass. I am not willing to pay an extra $[redacted] for a game I already ordered back in July. I have documentation of the credit card transaction and the purchase history from PlayStation that clearly shows I paid for the Championship Edition.

I woke up this morning to find that my PlayStation account had been logged out unexpectedly. It seems like my sign-in ID was changed without my knowledge. I can't reach customer support via phone, and I suspect my account has been hacked. Although I believe my password is unchanged, I'm unable to receive any password reset emails. I just want access to my account restored and assistance on how to regain control, including changing my sign-in ID if necessary.

I am currently trying to recover my old PS4 account from several years ago. Unfortunately, I changed the password 3-4 years ago and haven't been able to retrieve it since. I even created a new account as a replacement, but I still have a strong desire to regain access to the old one. The system prompts me for my date of birth to reset the password. Back when I initially set up the account, I used a date above 21 years to avoid any age restrictions, never anticipating that I would need that information later. I recall attempting to contact PS support on the night I lost access to the account, but unfortunately, they were too busy to assist me. Even now, when I call, I am met with the same unhelpful automated response. I have the account's email, the account name, and even the email password (distinct from the account password). While I suspect this is the same PlayStation console, there is a possibility that it has been replaced since one of my units was damaged some time ago.

I am very frustrated with my recent customer support experience regarding purchasing a PS5. Approximately two weeks ago, I contacted customer support seeking clarification on how to play online games with my husband, as we both have a PS4 and wished to play together. Despite being assured that with a new PS5 and a PlayStation Plus account for me, we could play online games together and share games, this has not been the case. After investing in a PS5, a Premium subscription, and new internet equipment for better gameplay, we have encountered issues trying to play together through cloud streaming. My attempts to seek assistance via chat have been unsuccessful due to disconnections, and phone support has been challenging due to language barriers. Feeling like we have wasted over $[redacted] on equipment that has not fulfilled its purpose has left me extremely frustrated and disheartened.
