I am experiencing an issue with the new Google Pay app as I am unable to access the money in my account. When using the Plaid app to link my financial institution's account, I encounter a problem where the specific account I use with Google Pay is not displayed as an option. Even though I have five accounts with the institution, only four are visible on the Plaid app. Unfortunately, the crucial account that is not showing up is the one connected to Google Pay.

I haven't ever had an account with Plaid. Recently, I've been blocked from using Venmo and couldn't upload automatic information for a mortgage because these platforms started using Plaid without my consent. Plaid is requesting verification through an old email, [redacted], which I haven't used in nearly a year. I am unable to use my current email, [redacted], for verification. I linked my Navy Federal Credit Union to Plaid on desktop successfully. When I use my phone (trying to make a transaction on Venmo), I receive an error stating, "Username Incorrect. Try entering your bank account username again. If you recently changed it, you may need to un-link your account and then re-link."
Despite relinking my account twice, I keep encountering the same issue only on the mobile Venmo app. I can still verify my account on desktop with no issues. Is there a Plaid mobile app available for download? I'm confused about what's causing this error.

I am currently in the process of applying for a PPP loan through Blue Acorn, and they have approved my application. However, I am encountering an issue with Plaid, the platform they use for verification. Plaid has outdated phone numbers on file, making it impossible for me to receive the verification texts needed to proceed with my loan. Despite notifying Plaid about the problem, I have yet to hear back from them. With the funds running out soon, I am concerned about missing out on this opportunity due to a simple phone number error. I have updated my phone number with all other relevant companies, but Plaid seems to be an exception. I recently applied for a PPP loan through Womply. As a member of Winslow Community Federal Credit Union, which merged with Connected Credit Union, I encountered an issue with the bank verification app, Plaid. It recognizes my new credit union under its old name, Maine Education Credit Union, causing a mismatch in the information provided to my lender at Harvest Small Business Finance. Despite being approved by the SBA, resolving this discrepancy has proven challenging. The CEO of Connected Credit Union is willing to assist in clarifying the situation. I've had trouble verifying my bank account through Plaid's My Plaid Portal at my.plaid.com. When I enter my bank credentials, the next step prompts me to choose between receiving a verification code via text or voice to my mobile number, but I never receive the code.
My phone number for both Plaid and my bank is from a second-line app called Hushed, so there might be limitations on what messages it can receive. Interestingly, I can receive verification texts directly from my bank and Plaid, except when it comes through Plaid for bank verification.
I've reached out to my bank's customer service, Hushed's support, and Plaid for assistance. While Plaid confirmed receiving my request, I am still awaiting a response from them.

I recently became a customer of Plaid Solution LLC located at [redacted] Sandy Hills Dr, Sandy Hook VA [redacted]. In September [redacted], while using my new computer, a message appeared on my screen warning of a computer lock in 5 minutes, purportedly from Microsoft. I called the number 1-[redacted] displayed and spoke with Mr. Peter Wilson from Plaid Solution. He gained access to my computer, claiming an overseas hacker had intercepted my personal information. He recommended their service to block hackers, initially costing $1,[redacted]. Later, they requested $3,[redacted] to rent a device for a security data license key promising a refund. Despite my follow-ups, they insisted on further payments, delaying my refund. After discussing a refund with Mr. Wilson and Operations Manager Michael, they requested my bank account information, causing concern. Feeling defrauded of $8,[redacted], I am seeking assistance with this unsettling situation.

On October 4th, I attempted to send $[redacted].00 to my daughter, Jessica, using Chime. Following the process, I was linked to Plaid and redirected to my Chase bank account, where I sent the money via Zelle. Despite the transaction showing as completed to her account, Jessica did not receive the funds. Instead, the $[redacted] was mistakenly transferred to a Bank of America account unrelated to us. After contacting my bank, they advised seeking assistance from you. Both Chase and Chime were unhelpful in determining the whereabouts of the money, leaving me baffled and frustrated. It's crucial to resolve this issue promptly as I find myself at a loss of $[redacted], while my daughter remains empty-handed. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

When I first started using Plaid, my accounts were linked without any issues. However, now I'm having trouble linking my Bancorp account because the text number options provided are unfamiliar to me. I'm also experiencing difficulty connecting to Metropolitan Commercial Bank for the Crypto.com app, Choice Financial Group for the Public app, MetaBank for the CARD app, Netspend app, and Ace Flare app, and Lincoln Savings Bank/Sutton Bank for the Cash App and Acorns app. I'm also facing issues with connecting Webull. It seems like Plaid might have the previous user's information linked to my phone line.

I'm encountering a problem connecting my Credit Karma Spend account to my Liberty Bank - a United Community Bank account. While I can verify the email successfully, I receive an error message stating my credentials are incorrect. I am certain they are accurate as I have linked my Google Pay to it. I am attempting to connect my Chime bank account to the Crypto Banking App FTS.US PRO. Despite following the process correctly, Plaid is unable to establish the connection. This issue has persisted for several days. Additionally, when trying to link Penfed Credit Union through Plaid, a similar connectivity problem occurred at the initial stage. I am having trouble adding my Wells Fargo account to my FTX.US crypto trading account for funding purchases. Every time I try to verify it through Plaid, my Wells Fargo account gets rejected. This is the only bank account I use and trust, and it has been successfully verified by Plaid before. I really want to link my bank account to my new FTX.US trading platform. I am facing an issue with my bank not connecting to Plaid because their app does not recognize my current phone number. This has happened twice, and I urgently need them to update my number. I am in the process of getting my taxes deposited into Credit Karma, but their app is currently blocking it. I want to mention that Plaid was very prompt and professional in addressing my concerns. For others experiencing the same problem, I recommend trying to log in to the financial institution using a private browser. This allowed me to see my old numbers on file and provided an option to update it with my new one.

I used the Affirm app to pay for my VRBO reservation, which is facilitated through Plaid. I made two one-time payments on Affirm by providing my account number and routing number instead of linking my bank account directly. However, even though I initiated these payments, neither Affirm customer service nor the app shows any record of them being processed.
After making the payments, four micro deposits were made to my account and then withdrawn, but these did not correspond to the amounts I intended to pay. Affirm did not provide a way for me to verify these micro deposit amounts, and I am uncertain if there is a waiting period before the actual payment is deducted if the micro deposits are not confirmed.
I am seeking clarification on whether the payments will still go through even if the micro deposits were not verified within a certain timeframe. Affirm seems unable to provide me with clear answers, and I want to ensure that my payments are processed correctly without any unexpected deductions occurring later. The micro deposits were made on May 10th, and I believe they were deducted on May 25th. Thank you.

I am encountering issues while trying to transfer a significant amount of money to the UK through "Wise." When providing my Vermont State Employees Credit Union account details to Plaid, the platform is retrieving outdated account numbers. These numbers were updated a few months back due to a scam incident. Despite the bank denying responsibility, Plaid seems to be using outdated information from them. I have been trying to transfer US$ from Coinbase to my Florence Bank checking account for a week now with no success. After several attempts, I keep receiving a message stating that there is a connection issue but my funds are safe. It suggests trying again later or manually linking the accounts, which could take up to 5 business days. Despite managing to transfer $48 on July 25th, I am now encountering difficulties. I remember that I put Chicago as the answer for the second question about my birth city, but the first answer is not being accepted. I am attempting to make a payment for an account, but encountered issues with Plaid popping up numerous times. I have never used this service, and if I did, it's about time they removed this obstacle. I am not trying to pay for anything they are referring to. I will be reaching out to the bank to address this matter. Plaid seems to be causing delays due to some previous sign-in activities from years ago. I do not endorse or utilize Plaid in my store, and if anyone has it, it will be removed promptly. I will also advise against using this service. Placing such a company between you and your money can lead to complications. I am considering a significant advertising campaign to highlight the issues I have faced. It is frustrating to deal with a service that is not functioning properly.
