I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut in Moncks Corner. Unfortunately, the driver forgot to include marinara sauce for my breadsticks. As I am unable to eat pizza, the breadsticks and wings were my main meal. I contacted the store, and they promised to send the driver back with the missing item. However, the driver never returned, claiming to have had a sudden emergency. I find this explanation hard to believe, and I think the situation could have been handled better. Having been a delivery driver for over 16 years, I know the importance of checking orders and going back if something is missing. I believe the driver should face consequences for this lapse in service, and I trust Pizza Hut will take appropriate action.

Yesterday during my lunch break, I ordered 2 hand-tossed pizzas and (2) 6-piece wings. Upon picking up my order, I was disappointed as the pizzas looked flat and seemed like thin-crust pizzas, which is not what I ordered. I contacted the store after work to express my concerns. Initially, a lady with an Asian accent was helpful, but then a male staff member seemed uninterested and rude, questioning my timing of the complaint. When I inquired about his name, he abruptly hung up on me. Despite calling back for his name, the response was curt - "Sam." Today, upon reaching out again, I was informed to call back tomorrow when the manager would be available. I am now seeking to escalate this issue further by requesting for the District Manager to get in touch with me regarding this customer service matter.

I placed an order at 2:21 pm. At 4:05 pm, I contacted the local Pizza Hut and was informed that my order was not in their system. The person on the line suggested that I had already received my pizza, and after requesting to speak with the manager, I was placed on hold. While waiting, my cold and flimsy pizza arrived at 4:15, nearly two hours later. Despite being told multiple times that they were looking for the manager, I couldn't understand why it was taking so long, especially since the Pizza Hut location is walk-up only. After being disconnected during the hold, my subsequent call back led to the same lady saying she was still searching for the manager. After 15 more minutes on the line, I decided to hang up. My order included a thin crust supreme pizza with added toppings, a pepperoni pizza, and four soft drinks, totaling $26.40 with delivery charge and tip. I am requesting a full refund for this order. I have not received any response regarding my complaint. I am requesting a refund of $21.35 for my unsatisfactory experience with Pizza Hut delivery. My order was delayed significantly, taking 40 minutes instead of the expected 8 minutes, resulting in cold pizza and breadsticks. The tracking on the website was inaccurate, skipping the cooking phase. I usually prefer Domino's for their timely delivery, hot food, and accurate tracking. On October 28, my wife ordered two pizzas from Pizza Hut. When I arrived at the store 30 minutes later to pick them up, I was informed they needed an additional 7 minutes. After waiting, they then requested an extra 5 minutes. Dissatisfied, I requested a refund. The employee mentioned it would take 10-14 business days. However, a manager explained that they do not typically offer refunds. Following this, I contacted the customer complaint line, where I was assured a refund and a follow-up within 3 business days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the refund or any contact. Despite reaching out to the customer complaint line twice more, my issue remains unresolved. The lack of transparency and poor treatment from the store is disheartening.

My name is Jasmine D. I visited Pizza Hut in Union City on November 11, [redacted], and spent $43 on items. I was not happy with the food quality, so I asked for a remake after speaking with a female manager. Even after returning, I received the same low-quality items I did not order. The next day, November 12, [redacted], I called to talk to the GM about the poor service I experienced. I spoke with a manager named "Shy" who was helpful and assured me they would take care of the issue. However, the manager on duty that evening, Shemecha, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She left me on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up on me, and displayed unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I was able to get a refund with the help of another staff member. The situation escalated when "Shy" tried to intervene, and Shemecha's husband, who was there without a uniform, became involved and made threatening remarks. I left feeling upset and later had a panic attack due to the stress, especially considering I am five months pregnant. This whole experience was distressing, and I urgently request someone to contact me regarding this incident.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Pizza Hut. I have been ordering from you since I was a little girl, even more so now that I have my own children. However, my recent orders have had serious issues with customer service, delivery, incorrect pizza, and overall quality. It is disheartening when orders don't arrive, and the customer service is subpar. Despite being registered for rewards and participating in surveys, the service remains poor. The staff lacks basic customer service skills, is rude on the phone, doesn't know the specials, and fails to address concerns properly. When I order food, I expect it to be correct and of good quality. The consistent errors, cold or burnt food, and wrong orders are frustrating. I want to continue supporting Pizza Hut, as it's my favorite, but the current situation discourages me from doing so. I placed an online order for pasta about a month ago, but it wasn't available. Instead of making another pasta, I was informed that a credit would be issued to my account but it could only be used in-store. Today, I ordered a personal pan and pasta, and inquired about my credit upon pickup. I was informed that credits expire after 30 days. My bill for the pasta and personal pan was $15.46. After adding two 20oz Pepsi's, the total came to $20.20, which seemed excessive for two sodas. Upon seeing a $5 meal deal sign while leaving, I wondered why I wasn't offered that instead. Upon returning to the store and addressing the credit and meal deal, I was informed that I didn't receive the deal because I didn't request it at the time of ordering. The handling of the credit and the meal deal policies left me bewildered and feeling undervalued as a customer.

I recently made an order at Pizza Hut in Oak Harbor, Ohio, and unfortunately, they made some mistakes with my order. I went back to the store to get it fixed, but instead of correcting it, they just gave me more sauce. I had ordered two medium pizzas, one with buffalo sauce instead of marinara. The pizza I received had no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni, and the hand-tossed crust was missing the garlic butter I had requested. My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Gothenburg, Nebraska was disappointing. Despite being seated promptly and served, we never received our bill as our server seemed to disappear. After waiting for a while, I had to go up to the front and seek assistance from the kitchen staff to pay. It turned out that our waitress was unavailable as she was lying in a booth, possibly intoxicated. Even after notifying the kitchen, it took some time for someone to come out and help with the payment. Meanwhile, I noticed other customers facing similar issues with service. It was a unique and concerning experience as even customers seated behind us had not been served their drinks. The overall service at this Pizza Hut location left much to be desired, casting doubt on the quality of their staff.

I had a disappointing experience at the Cooper and Sublett location in Irving on Sunday, 11/18/18. My husband and I ordered the T-Mobile pizza special online for a 6:50 pm pickup. When my husband arrived, the pizza was ready, but the Cinnabons were not. He waited an additional 30 minutes, observing others getting their complete orders promptly. When he inquired, Tamera explained she couldn't speed up the ovens and was quite rude. My husband expressed his frustration with the situation, only to be told by Tamera that she was the supervisor and offered a coupon for a free pizza as a resolution. The cold pizza and poor customer service left us dissatisfied. The overall experience with the disorganized and rude staff has made us decide not to return to Pizza Hut in the future.

On October 13, I placed an online order at 1:08 pm with an estimated wait time of 25-30 minutes. However, by 2:13, it showed that my order was out for delivery. I called to cancel, and was assured I wouldn't be charged and would receive a $16.95 credit. After a week of not seeing the credit, I contacted customer service daily but was unable to speak to a manager until November 20th. The manager mentioned they couldn't trace back that far and offered a $5 credit instead. Frustrated, I accepted. Today, on 11/26, when I followed up, they claimed the credit was never issued and suggested I used it on the 15th, which I did not. This ongoing back and forth is exasperating, especially since I'm a loyal college student customer. I hope this situation can be resolved promptly.

I called to confirm my order and informed them I would pick it up around 5 pm. Upon arrival at 5:35 pm, I was informed that my order was not ready, and I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, I was told my order hadn't even been started yet and was given the option of a refund or waiting another 30 minutes. I recently lost my job at the Fairview Tennessee Pizza Hut after only four weeks. The reason was a change in management, and the new manager terminated me while I was on leave recovering from an injury sustained during work. I slipped and fell during a delivery shift, hurting my arm. Despite my injury, the manager made me work beyond my scheduled hours. My shift was supposed to end at 4, but he made me stay until 7:30 without allowing me to seek medical attention. This new manager, Adam, has shown unprofessional behavior. I am a loyal customer of the store on 5th Street in Wichita Falls, Texas. Typically, I order online, pay in cash, and pick up my order. Last night, I tried the alfredo sauce instead of marinara. The drive-thru attendant made me two medium pizzas because they were out of larges. Despite the mix-up, I accepted the mediums and even told him to keep the change. Upon getting home, I found the pizzas overloaded with alfredo sauce to the point where the oil seeped through the boxes. The dish was too salty due to the excessive alfredo sauce mixed with cheese. Although I don't want to file an official complaint, I wanted to share my experience for improvement. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, especially the cheerful drive-thru attendant. I encountered a problem with my Pizza Hut order placed online through a browser. Unfortunately, upon completing the payment, I did not receive an order ID or confirmation message.
