I recently purchased three Pillsbury Crescent dough sheets. Upon opening the first one, I noticed the end was torn and the dough was exposed, so I set it aside. The following day, one of the remaining two sheets had a similar issue with the end blown off. When attempting to seal the intact half and the salvageable half together, I witnessed the third sheet I hadn't yet opened explode in the fridge, sending dough flying across my kitchen and making a mess. All three sheets have the same barcode number "0 [redacted] 8," with two containers labeled "By 30 Jul [redacted] MSSD 16:57 1" and the third labeled "By 30 Jul [redacted] MSSD 16:56 1."

Every Christmas season, I enjoy buying Pillsbury sugar cookies to bake and decorate with my grandson. However, this year, I encountered an issue where the cookies expanded significantly during baking, losing their shape entirely. Despite following the instructions and spacing them apart, the cookies spread out as if they contained yeast. I attempted rolling the dough thinner to avoid this, but unfortunately, the result was the same. I purchased the cookie dough from Walmart in Helena, AL, but I neglected to keep the packaging for reference.

I was surprised this morning when I went to bake the Grand Cinnamon rolls and discovered they no longer put the lid on the frosting, causing over half of it to ooze onto the sides of the rolls before baking. I am baking them now and hoping they turn out fine. Scraped off excess frosting and following the instructions. Wondering if cost-cutting measures have made packaging more frustrating for customers. Hoping for a good pre-Christmas breakfast with my wife.

Hello, I have been purchasing Pillsbury Atta for many years. However, this time I opted for the Pillsbury Multigrain Atta. I was shocked to discover pieces of glass in the package. Initially, my husband unknowingly encountered it in his mouth, and I believed it might have come from the pickle until my 9-year-old daughter also found a piece in her mouth while eating roti. This was a frightening experience. I have disposed of the Atta but felt compelled to share this concerning incident with you. I hope that you will address this matter seriously and take appropriate measures. I have taken photos of the glass but unfortunately cannot attach them here. Thank you, Nina.

I purchased 4 Pillsbury frostings at the end of August for a family gathering. I got a variety as my family is particular. Because of a family emergency, we only used one. I never opened the rest, so I can't confirm their condition. Today, I opened one and it seemed off. To my surprise, another one had a strange appearance too. Upon checking, I discovered they expired on July 16, [redacted], and August 17, [redacted].

I purchased Pillsbury Original Hotcake Mix yesterday from a local grocery store in the Philippines. After opening the box, I found a live worm/bug inside. Although the packaging was sealed, I am puzzled about how the worm/bug ended up inside. I have photos and a video documenting this incident. I believe there should be stricter quality control measures for your products. I have been a fan of Pillsbury pancakes since I was young, but this experience has made me hesitant. I have typically adored your Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (the Original ones). Consuming them daily, you might wonder what the issue is. Lately, I have detected a strange, overpowering perfume-like flavor in the cinnamon. The scent is so potent that it hits you when the can is opened. Previously, I could almost finish the entire can by myself. However, since the introduction of this artificial perfume taste, I struggle to even take one bite. I have been raised on these Cinnamon Rolls since childhood, and at 28 years old with two young children, they hold a significant place in our daily routine. Many other Pillsbury products are also a part of our lives. Regrettably, if this new flavor is permanent, I may have to resort to making them from scratch. Despite trying various stores from Food Lion to Walmart, the taste remains consistent.

I recently bought a can of Pillsbury Grand Original biscuits from Hyvee in Independence, Missouri. Unfortunately, I had a tough time opening the can and had to use an electric can opener and later scissors to access the biscuits. Despite the mishap, I managed to reshape the biscuits and enjoy them. I have always been a fan of Pillsbury biscuits and this experience hasn't changed that. I used to work at a cannery in Yakima, Washington, so I understand that issues can arise during the manufacturing process, usually attributed to the can manufacturer. The numbers on the can are scan code [redacted] and BY 19 SEP [redacted] MSOF 22 11:40 S. While this isn't a complaint, I wanted to share my experience for consideration. The biscuits still tasted delicious, which is what matters most to me. I appreciate the quality of Pillsbury products as I have been a loyal customer for years.

I visited your website to express my disappointment with your crescent rolls, a product I have been using for years, but couldn't find them listed. I recently bought a double pack and struggled immensely to open the package yesterday. After nearly 5 minutes of difficulty, I managed to open it only to find that the dough was impossible to separate, with most of the triangles torn. I purchased the rolls at Walmart on July 9, [redacted]. The package number on the double pack is [redacted]12, and on the individual package, it is [redacted]. The "used by" date is September 10, [redacted]. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality; they seemed almost like they were old.

Subject: Quality Issue with Orange Rolls
Good afternoon,
I am reaching out to inform you of a recent purchase of your orange rolls dated December 3rd, [redacted]. Upon opening them, I noticed discoloration on the rolls and discovered something unusually hard in the orange icing. Regrettably, I had to discard both tubes due to these issues as I didn't want to risk consuming them.
This experience was unexpected and disappointing, especially since I purchased them for my grandsons who were visiting. I bought the orange rolls at Aldi's in Johnstown, PA. I kindly request reimbursement for the two rolls as a gesture of goodwill.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Kelly B.

I recently called about the Pillsbury biscuit packaging. I suggested that many single individuals like me may not eat all five biscuits at once. I think it would be more practical for the manufacturer to offer smaller packs of three biscuits instead of five. There are likely millions of single people who would appreciate this change. I believe very few individuals would eat all five biscuits in one meal. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I grew up enjoying Pillsbury products since my father worked at the can company in New Albany, Indiana. Despite my nostalgia, I've noticed that all the biscuits in St. Louis stores are made with bleached flour. Wanting healthier options, I've started making my own biscuits. Recently, the roll-out pie crusts I purchased didn't meet my expectations; they didn't even reach the top of the pie dish. I miss the old "Deep Dish Pie Crusts" that had extra dough to overhang the sides. It's disappointing. Also, I can only get my favorite Hostess donuts from a specific gas station in Kansas City that doesn't use bleached dough. It's a shame that bleaching flour seems to be prioritized over quality during this time. I've decided to stop buying Pillsbury products due to this issue. While waiting for a pie to bake, I discovered even the pie crust contained bleached flour. I wish Pillsbury would consider offering healthier options and stop bleaching their flour. It's disheartening that many food products contain GMOs, bleached flour, and excessive sugar. I understand if you don't respond, but I hope my feedback is considered. Thank you.

Dear Pillsbury,
I am writing to express my love for your toaster strudels. As a devoted high school teacher, my mornings revolve around starting my day at 6:30 a.m. to assist students in need before classes begin. Strawberry toaster strudels have been my go-to breakfast choice for years; however, I must point out my disappointment in recent months. It seems like the toaster strudels have shrunk significantly in size while remaining the same price. As a teacher on a modest salary, this change is making it difficult to justify the expense for a breakfast option that no longer satisfies me like it used to.
I understand the challenges brought on by the pandemic and supply chain issues, but as a loyal consumer of Pillsbury products, I believe you can make improvements. Please consider returning the toaster strudels to their original size to better support loyal customers like me, especially during these trying times. Your consideration would be greatly appreciated by both America's children and a teacher who relies on your products each morning.
Best regards,
Denise

I am curious about the orange spots inside cinnamon rolls that resemble cheeto residue. My family loves cinnamon rolls and we enjoy them frequently. When my friends visit, we always make cinnamon rolls together. However, recently, the rolls my father baked had unexpected orange coloring inside them. This is concerning to me as I strongly dislike the color orange in my food. I live in Bryan College Station, Texas, where the presence of orange is associated with a rival school, causing sensitivity to the color.
I would appreciate an explanation for the orange spots, why they are present, and how this can be rectified so that I can continue to enjoy my favorite breakfast without discomfort. If this issue persists, I may have to reconsider my purchase of 6 to 12 cans of rolls per week. Please address this matter promptly and professionally. I hope for a resolution that will restore my enjoyment of these delicious breakfast treats.

I bought two boxes of Pillsbury gluten-free chocolate chip cookie mix recently. Today, on Sunday, December 11th, I attempted to make them. After mixing the dough with eggs, butter, and water, the result was a dough that looked almost black and had a strange smell. I realized there were no chocolate chips in it, just regular chocolate dough that seemed to have mold. I had to dispose of everything due to this issue. Disappointed with Pillsbury, as the boxes show an expiration date of January 27, [redacted]. The numbers after the expiration date are [redacted][redacted], and the code at the bottom of the package reads [redacted].

I recently bought two packages of crescent rolls. When I touched the seam with a spoon, both rolls popped loudly and tore into the center. I purchased them yesterday, brought them home in a cooler, refrigerated them overnight, and only took them out just before using. This has never happened before, and I noticed a strong yeasty odor that I hadn't smelled before. I ultimately decided not to use either roll. I have a photo of the issue and the numbers from the end caps if that would be helpful. Just wanted to inform you about my experience.

I purchased four packages of your cinnamon sticks from a store close to my house. After keeping them in the fridge, when I opened two of the cans, I found the icing container crushed and half the icing gone. The store where I bought them directed me to contact you as they couldn't assist since the products were already opened. Although the package seemed fine on the outside, the inside was damaged. I spent nearly $4 on each and couldn't use the two damaged ones. The store suggested it's a manufacturing issue. Can you please assist? I can send pictures if needed.
