Subject: Concerns About Order #[redacted]80 Hello Customer Care, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address my recent order #[redacted]80 that arrived approximately 4 days ago. Unfortunately, the package was torn open upon arrival, but thankfully all the pieces were present. However, upon assembling the frame, I noticed it was not perfectly square and had gaps at a couple of corners. Additionally, I observed small scratches on the frame and misaligned punched out holes. Given these issues, I am quite disappointed with the product and would like to request a refund. The delivery also took over 6 weeks, which is longer than expected.
