I took my new King Charles Spaniel to Pet Smart Easton Md. for its first grooming, following the great service my previous dog, a Bichon Frise, received before she passed away. However, when I picked up my Spaniel, I was shocked to see that they had shaved off all his hair due to a few small mats. Despite my Bichon facing similar matting issues previously, it was always managed well by the groomer. I am disappointed with the drastic change in treatment and would appreciate a response within 24 hours.
