I called Pepperidge Farm on December 12, [redacted], regarding an issue with an expired coupon they sent me. While visiting Vermont last summer, I purchased a box of Goldfish crackers that I had to throw away. Pepperidge Farm issued me a $5.50 coupon, but sadly it had expired when it reached me. I requested a replacement coupon from Florida, but was informed I needed to return the expired one before they would consider sending a new one. I believed in the brand when I bought the product and felt disappointed by the situation. The coupon code is [redacted]-[redacted]. It would have been appreciated if the matter was handled with more consideration. -Margaret Powell [redacted] Bouchelle Dr, #[redacted] New Smyrna Beach, FL [redacted]

I have been enjoying your turnovers for as long as I can remember. I am 65 years old. Today, when I tried to make them, I noticed the cooking instructions had changed. The turnovers are now smaller, less flaky, and have a different taste. I am disappointed with these alterations, especially considering the cost. I used to love your cookies and turnovers, but they are not the same anymore. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the recent changes. Best regards, Denise G.

I have always been a fan of Pepperidge Farms cookies, but the newest addition to the Milano family, IRISH CREME, was disappointing to me. The flavor didn't appeal to me as it was too sweet and didn't leave me wanting more. I prefer to enjoy my Irish Creme in drink form and pair it with chocolate cookies instead. Some friends who also tried it shared my sentiment. Personally, I will not purchase this flavor again as it was not to my liking. I would give it 5 thumbs down. As for a solution, I believe the best course of action is to discontinue the production of IRISH CREME. Thank you for allowing me to express my feedback. - M. G.

I recently bought two packages of Gingerman cookies and was disappointed by the lack of flavor compared to the quality I have experienced in the past. This issue extends to your crisp brown sugar cookies as well. I have been a loyal customer of your products for many years, and it is concerning to see a decline in quality. I would appreciate a refund for the two packages of cookies.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to address an urgent matter that I previously mentioned. As a college student in my third year, I would like to emphasize my significant consumption of goldfish crackers. I estimate that my purchases account for approximately 52% of your store's goldfish sales, which equates to about 78 billion goldfish crackers consumed. My preferred flavor is pizza, which has been a favorite of mine since childhood when the Parmesan fish named Brooke would inspire me to "swim in my own direction." Over the years, my consumption has increased, leading to my current dilemma. I have noticed that the pizza flavor is only available in small bags and not in larger boxes. I believe that introducing a pizza flavor option in a box would not only be a smart marketing move, given my substantial purchases, but it would also improve convenience and potentially boost sales. I frequently empty shelves of the pizza flavor, and having a box option would ensure longer-lasting supply. Therefore, I kindly request that you consider offering a pizza flavor in a box size. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Lily

I have recently purchased Sausalito cookies at my local giant grocery store in Havertown, PA, and for the second time, the package was only halfway full. It seems intentional because the distribution of four cookies on the bottom and four on top does not seem random. I am frustrated with spending money on a product and not receiving the full amount. I would like a resolution for this issue by receiving one package of Pepperidge Farm Sausalito cookies to compensate for the two insufficient ones I purchased. It may also be wise to notify the manufacturer about this recurring problem as I can't be the only one experiencing this.

I have been a loyal customer of your snack products for some time now. Today, I purchased two bags for $3.69 each at CVS in Miami, Florida. The sale by date on both bags was 10/1/23. However, upon opening them, I found that they were completely stale. This has happened to me four times now, and I am unsure if it's an issue with the store or a bad batch. The UPC code for the snacks is 0 1 4 1 0 0 8 5 4 6 1. Another UPC code on the bags is [redacted] 00 [redacted]-[redacted]. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it is becoming a recurring problem for me. If this persist, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to your brand. I have photos of the stale snacks if you would like to see them for reference. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Sincerely, Racquel T.
