I have a conventional mortgage with PennyMac and make extra payments towards the principal online. Since April [redacted], PennyMac has been reversing my payments towards the principal. Despite contacting them multiple times through messages and calls, the issue persists. I demand all payments be credited correctly. I have spoken to Robert, Julia, and supervisor Cindy. Dear PennyMac, I recently received a letter from my insurance company regarding non-payment and potential cancellation of my policy. I want to assure you that I have always paid my insurance premiums promptly. I am concerned about the possibility of having two insurance policies on the same property. I do not authorize the acquisition of new insurance. I have been attempting to reach out to you, but lengthy hold times are not feasible for me. I am having trouble accessing the online service. I have been paying my bills online for years. Last month, when the system was down, I made a payment through a person, and they advised me to wait and register later. Despite trying multiple times, I am unable to log in. Today, I cannot reach a customer service representative over the phone. When I select options to speak with someone, I am redirected to online choices that do not work. My payment is due soon, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance. The online message states that my email is already in use or not found. I need help urgently as a payment is due in two days. I am struggling to understand why this process is so difficult.

I've had my mortgage with Pennymac for 10 years. Recently, my iPhone updated the Pennymac app. Now, I can't log in as before. When I enter my info, it says it sent a verification code to my email ([redacted]) but I never receive it. My email is working fine. 1. I need to confirm if you're sending the code to the correct email address. 2. Despite your attempts, I'm not getting the verification code. 3. I cleared my browser's cache and cookies, but still no luck. 4. I've tried logging in multiple times without success. 5. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't reach a live person. I really need to speak with someone for assistance.

I have had my mortgage with Pennymac for 10 years. Recently, the updated Pennymac app on my iPhone is not allowing automatic log-in. Instead, it prompts for my log-in information and then claims to send a verification code to my email ([redacted]), which I never receive. I observed a significant 40% rise in my real estate taxes and insurance rates last year. Consequently, my monthly mortgage payment soared by $[redacted]. Managing on a fixed income with tight finances, I consulted the original loan officer who handled my home mortgage refinance, now under PennyMac. She proposed a mortgage recast and initiated the process during our meeting. I diligently followed her guidance and sent a check of $40,[redacted] to PennyMac on 2/11/22 ($40,[redacted].00 towards the mortgage balance and $[redacted].00 for the recast fee) from my 401k. Unfortunately, the procedure encountered hitches. Despite clear labeling on the check, letter, and envelope for a recast, a customer service representative informed me that my payment had been misdirected. Ensuing promises of FedEx delivery of documents and callback deadlines were unmet, leaving me dissatisfied and anxious as a senior citizen on a fixed income. Urgent communication is desired. I recently received a [redacted]-NEC for the tax year [redacted] from PennyMac Loan Services, LLC. I am confused because I have no knowledge of this company and did not take out a $20,[redacted].88 loan, especially since my credit would not qualify for such an amount. Additionally, the address listed on the form, PO BOX [redacted] LOS ANGELES, CA 90[redacted], does not appear to be valid when I searched for it. The matching PO Box number and zip code seem suspicious. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to address my concerns regarding this tax form. I have not been employed in California or anywhere else for the past three years. If I do not hear back soon, I will be contacting the BBB and the IRS for further assistance in clarifying this potentially fraudulent situation.

I recently received a [redacted]-NEC tax form from PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC stating no employee compensation of $20,[redacted].88. I am quite puzzled by this as I have never heard of this company before. Additionally, I have not been employed by anyone in California or anywhere else in the last 3 years. Given my poor credit history, I find it highly suspicious that this form has been sent to me. The address being a PO Box in Los Angeles with a zip code so similar raises further concerns. I have never taken out a loan or conducted any business with this company. I urge someone to clarify this matter promptly; otherwise, I will have to seek assistance from relevant authorities like the BBB and the IRS.
