As the Treasurer of the Webster Columbus Center, I recently learned that our payroll could have been protected from charges. It is disappointing that this information was not communicated to us by the management. A formal letter should have been sent out to all businesses, including our nonprofit organization, outlining this option. We have incurred significant expenses due to event cancellations at our center. Every dollar is crucial for us, and the lack of transparency regarding this payroll protection option is disheartening. I am now considering exploring other payroll companies to understand their policies during a pandemic. Transparency is vital for a company's credibility. -Bernard Q., Treasurer
I am Jamie, representing Shannon Steele for Skills for Life. I have been attempting to contact Paychex regarding an error on paycheck #[redacted] for Courtney Frazer. The amount of $2,[redacted].40 listed as her mileage reimbursement is inaccurate as her actual mileage was only [redacted].9 miles. Despite my numerous calls, voicemails, and emails with a manager familiar with our recent issues, the problem persists. We were assured we would not be accountable for Paychex's mistakes. Courtney, needing her money, already cashed the check with the incorrect amount due to delays. Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. Thank you. Jamie
I am currently in Serbia and Croatia with no phone service, so I am reaching out via email. I am facing issues logging into my Paychex Flex online account from Europe. I keep getting a message about slow website response, preventing me from accessing my December paystub. I urgently need it today for my loan application. Could you please send a copy of my payroll and December [redacted] paystub to [redacted] as soon as possible? Thank you very much. Pepina D.
I am an employee at a small company with eight staff members. I am encountering difficulty accessing my account since October 8, [redacted]. Due to working from home amid COVID, I lack a cellphone. My main contact number is the office line, which I can't access for messages while at home, rendering the extension issue irrelevant. Paychex's system cannot send security codes to a number with an extension, complicating the login process. About a year ago, I resolved a similar problem by speaking with tech support to set up a security question upon login. Currently, direct communication with support seems unavailable. Despite contacting a Paychex representative named "Chris" via chat, the issue remains unsolved, with the chat abruptly ending. I urgently require a method to escalate this matter within Paychex for a prompt resolution. Any guidance on this matter would be highly valued.
I have been a loyal customer of Paychex for over a decade. Today, I experienced a significant delay when trying to submit my payroll over the phone. After a lengthy hold time of 27 minutes, Ryan answered my call but abruptly hung up while I was providing my client ID number. Unfortunately, he did not call back. I made another attempt, endured another 12-minute wait, but ultimately gave up. This level of service is unacceptable to me, as I value my time and cannot afford to waste it on such inefficiencies. If this recurring issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek services elsewhere.
We have been experiencing a consistent issue where we send payroll to our client representative but do not receive any responses. Despite multiple attempts, we keep getting automated reminders to submit payroll. Our attempts to reach our representative have been unsuccessful for weeks, leading us to long waits on hold to finally speak with a general department. As the year-end approaches, there are crucial matters to address, and I find myself writing this while on hold once again. It would be helpful to have contact information for a department head or supervisor in case this problem persists. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to check on the status of my paycheck to confirm when I will be paid. It has been three weeks since I should have been paid, but I haven't received any check stubs or seen any pending transactions. I completed three weeks of work on the app and have bills due. Please, I urgently need to know when I will be paid. For quick contact, please reach out to me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you, Amy Brewer.
