Additionally, contacting them by phone results in claims of busyness and calls being ended quickly, without the option to wait in a queue for assistance. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password. I had contacted customer service a few months back when I noticed a missed payment affecting my credit. I did not make any purchases through PayPal at that time, so it seems someone else may be using my account. I settled the outstanding amount. The previous customer service representative was unhelpful in assisting me with resetting the account to investigate the fraud. I am having issues with a PayPal account that was created without my consent, hindering my ability to make purchases on eBay. I have contacted customer service multiple times and received misleading information about the problem. They even suggested I open an account to resolve the issue, which I refuse to do. Instead of replying directly to my email address, responses are sent to the Message Centre, which I cannot access without proper authentication. The authentication code is being sent to a phone number that does not belong to me. I have requested multiple times to update this number to the correct one ([redacted] [redacted]), yet each time I receive a reply in the Message Centre, which I cannot read without proper authentication. I purchased a 3-month subscription for Be2 in September '20. As my subscription neared its end in December, I struggled to cancel it through the complicated process outlined on their page. After emailing them twice to cancel, I received no response. Recently, I was shocked to see a £[redacted].97 renewal charge on my bank statement for another 12 months. PayPal was unhelpful, and when I initiated a chargeback, Be2 emailed me asking for an additional £10 and threatening debt collection. The tone of their communication was aggressive, accusing me of not fulfilling their contract.

I made two payments via PayPal on November 26. One payment is showing in my account, but the other appears only on my bank statement. I reached out to the seller on December 15, and they indicated that my parcel was already dispatched with royal mail without providing a tracking number. After almost a month, I contacted them twice with no response. I also observed that the £3.99 payment vanished from my bank statement. Hello, I need assistance with my PayPal account. My email address is linked to my brother's account, and there seems to be an issue with the phone number on file. PayPal should improve their customer service for financial dealings. Recently, I faced an issue with a payment due to difficulty in contacting them. I have encountered an issue with a recent online purchase. I have corresponded with the seller via email from 12/30/20 to 01/16/21 about a delay in delivery and receiving the incorrect item. Despite my attempts to reject the item, request a refund, and offer to return it at the seller's expense as per the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], the seller has only offered a 20% discount. The PayPal dispute process requires me to provide tracking information for return postage, which I cannot afford. The seller has made it difficult by mentioning the challenges of the postal service, seemingly to discourage refunds. I tried contacting PayPal through their website's live chat but received no response.
I received the faulty goods on 01/13/[redacted], which caused disappointment and stress due to the late arrival as a Christmas present and the item being vastly different from what I ordered. Both the seller (storemico.com) and PayPal have been unhelpful in issuing a refund without me returning the item to Asia, which I am hesitant to do.
