Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with the login process since it requires a code to be sent to this phone number. Good afternoon, I would like to update my contact number on my PayPal account as I have lost the previous one. I am having trouble logging in because the 2-step verification is active. I tried contacting the provided number on the website from Budapest, Hungary but was unable to reach anyone. It has been two months of unsuccessful attempts. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly so I can access my account.

I am having an issue accessing my PayPal account in France due to forgetting my password and receiving security questions that I answered correctly. However, I cannot receive the SMS verification as my old French telephone number is still linked to the account since I moved in December [redacted]. I contacted PayPal Spain for assistance, but they cannot intervene in matters related to other PayPal offices. They advised me to contact PayPal France and provided me with the contact number, but when I called, I encountered an automated message in French. I attempted to contact them via their messaging service, but I am unable to proceed without logging in. I also reached out to PayPal on Facebook but have not received a response. I am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this issue.

On July 27th, I contacted you regarding an issue with my order from Contmporar. Unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. I purchased a Water Resistant Hooded Windbreaker Rain Jacket with ORDER #1201S133523 from www.contmporar.com. Initially, I requested assistance in canceling my order due to lack of response from Contmporar's support team. However, the product was still shipped to me. Regrettably, the jacket does not fit, and I am now seeking guidance on how to return it for a refund, especially since my attempts to communicate with Contmporar have been unsuccessful.
