I would like to start by adding the inmate as a contact on my account to send him a message package. Secondly, my phone call rate should be $3.15 for a 15-minute call, but I am being charged more than that, which is unreasonable. Additionally, I encountered difficulties accessing one of the numbers on my account; when I entered the pin, an error message appeared indicating the wrong pin was entered. The phone number in question is [redacted]. If I cannot access that account, I kindly request that the number and the account associated with it be deleted. Thank you for your assistance.
