I would like to request a replacement for my Parrot Bebop2 Drone due to an incident today where it crashed during a family gathering on Thanksgiving. Despite my attempts to update and calibrate the drone, it experienced a delayed takeoff with the right propeller malfunctioning, ultimately causing a crash and breaking the left propeller.
My drone is less than a year old, and I am concerned about its reliability after this mechanical issue. As a loyal Parrot customer who initially purchased the Bebop and upgraded to the Bebop2, I have always been impressed with the products until this unfortunate event. I trust that Parrot will uphold the quality of their products.

After landing my Parrot Anafi from recording footage, it suddenly fell backward, breaking the right-side rear "arm" near the hinge. I am thinking of using professional super glue and wrapping it with electrical tape. Is this a good approach or can you suggest a Parrot repair shop in the Arden or Asheville, North Carolina area? I'm experiencing a problem with my Bebop 2. The power button appears to be stuck or simply not functioning properly. When I insert the battery, the Bebop 2 automatically starts up and I'm unable to turn it off without removing the battery. Pressing the power button to shut it down causes the fan to become louder and rev up. I have a great fondness for my drone, and it saddens me deeply that I'm unable to fly it due to this issue.

I have the first release of the Parrot Bebop 1 drone and require guidance on updating its firmware. I have searched online but only found information about updating the Parrot Bebop 2 firmware, which does not apply to my Bebop 1. I need to update the firmware as my Bebop US app is unable to capture photos or videos due to the drone using firmware older than version 2.0. Could someone please provide detailed instructions on how to update the firmware on the Parrot Bebop 1 Drone using a 32GB micro-USB drive? Additionally, can you share a link where I can download the recommended firmware?

I'm having trouble with my Parrot Bebop 2 FPV drone. I attempted to take high-resolution, non-fish eye photos by changing the settings to DNG and regular JPG, but they still appeared fish-eyed. Only the jpg snap setting worked, but the files are too small. I reached out to Parrot Customer Service at [redacted], but after waiting on hold for two hours, I had to disconnect. I've been on hold for over an hour today and believe there may be an issue with the phone system. I was testing my friend's drone as I am considering purchasing one, but now I'm unsure due to this problem. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

While filming my family on a freshwater lake beach, my Parrot Anafi drone lost connection and experienced a critical failure. My wife witnessed the motors shutting off in mid-air, leading to a crash landing in shallow water. After drying the drone for 24 hours and trying a test flight, it suffered a severe malfunction during follow mode, crashing again and now failing to initialize properly. The drone's fan starts, but it doesn't fully boot up. Given that the battery was half full, the sudden loss of control seems to have caused this issue. I believe it is necessary to send the drone back for repair or replacement, as it should not have malfunctioned in this way during a routine flight session.

Hello, my name is Colby Norman. I recently bought your Bebop 2 Power FPV Bundle from the Amazon shopping app. When I received the package, I realized it was missing the cockpit glasses. The bag they are supposed to be in was there, but the goggles were not included. I purchased the Amazon Renewed bundle consisting of the Bebop 2 Power drone, two batteries, and the Skycontroller 2. I am disappointed as the FPV goggles were a significant reason for buying this bundle, and they are missing. The third-party seller claims Amazon should replace the goggles since it was fulfilled by them. However, Amazon states they cannot replace this particular item and suggest contacting the manufacturer directly. Therefore, I am reaching out to you for assistance. The goggles are a crucial and costly component of this bundle. Thank you for your help.

I have forgotten the passcode for my Parrot 3200LS Bluetooth wireless device in my truck after many years. Recently, I got a new phone and tried to pair it, but I can't remember the passcode. I vaguely remember being told by a Parrot technician to try using [redacted] or [redacted] as default passcodes, but I can't be certain. I have attempted various possible passcodes without success. Hello, I own a Parrot Bebop 1 drone and I typically use an iPad and Skycontroller 1 for flying. I've flown my drone around 50 times without any issues until today. I purchased a flight plan for $19.99 on my iPad, created a route, and then my Bebop suddenly crashed 30 seconds into the flight after my iPad displayed an error. This has never happened before, and now my drone is not functioning. I would appreciate assistance as the paid flight plan caused the crash. I have saved up for years to buy this drone and it's disheartening that it's now unusable because of the app. I am unable to afford repairs currently and would like to discuss options with someone from support. Subject: Frustration with Controller Return Process
I am reaching out regarding the frustrating experience I have had with returning a defective controller last November. Since then, I have been in touch through numerous phone calls and emails, consistently being promised that the issue will be resolved by the upper management within 48 hours. Despite their claims of sending a replacement, it seems they are unable to locate my address, even after providing my long-standing Post Office box and an alternative shipping address. My contact information is on file, yet I have not received any updates. This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I am determined not to give up until this matter is resolved.

I purchased the ANAFI Parrot in summer [redacted] but have never successfully flown it. Despite assurances from Best Buy that there would be support from Parrot, I have been unable to receive any assistance. I no longer have the receipt required for standard support requests, but I am genuinely seeking help, not trying to avoid it. Despite registering before, I lost my password and had to create a new account. Charging the controller seems impossible, and I have only managed to charge the batteries. The drone, controller, and all accessories are still new but remain unused due to these issues. As a professional photographer, I intended to capture high-resolution images, making this situation even more frustrating. The manual has not been helpful, especially regarding controller charging. Can I use my newer iPad instead of the older iPhone SE? Urgently seeking guidance on resolving these problems.

Dear hikers, I launched my drone from the top of Rothenbachkopf around 12:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I lost sight of it and the signal. It didn't return once the signal was lost. My phone number is engraved on it. Thank you to anyone who finds it. It should be between Rothenbachkopf summit and Mittlach area. The last seen location on the map was the Val Football Field in Chatillon, but there's uncertainty as it's 62 kilometers in a straight line. ππππ
