Hello,
I've been a loyal user of Sharpwriter pencils for more than 25 years. They are almost perfect writing tools. However, whenever I purchase a box of Sharpwriters, I find myself having to add a small bump of glue to the swivel for better control.
With this modification, I can easily hold the swivel with my forefinger while using my thumb to advance the lead with precision. This one-handed operation makes it the most convenient and precise lead advancing mechanism I've ever used.
Adding this tiny bump has made the Sharpwriter the best lead advance device for me. I just wish they came with it already included, as it enhances the overall experience significantly.

I purchased the InkJoy pens two weeks ago, and I've noticed that four out of the eight pens are running out of ink already. I enjoy using these pens, and I also own the Profile ballpoint pen. Despite only using them to write dates in my calendar and keeping them in my zipper pencil case, I am surprised at how quickly they have dried out. I bought all of these pens from my local Target in Mount Dora, FL, on August 25th. Thank you for reading this and helping me address this issue.

I wanted to share some issues I've encountered with the Paper Mate Write Bros. Mechanical Pencils, especially the 30-pack. One problem is that the pencil tends to snap under pressure, particularly when writing in bold. It also develops cracks easily, leading to breakage with minimal pressure. Removing the eraser becomes problematic once it wears down, causing inconvenience when trying to refill the pencil with lead.
Additionally, the clip designed to hold multiple papers or attach to clothing can be fragile and prone to breaking. There are rare instances of lead jams in the pencil, impacting its functionality. Sometimes, the plastic cap may have deformities, hindering the lead from advancing smoothly.
To address these issues, I recommend using sturdier, thicker plastic for the pencil body to reduce breakage. Improving the eraser removal process by creating a separate section for it could prevent blockages and mess. A stronger, straight clip design akin to other mechanical pencils could enhance durability. Finally, ensuring the lead flows smoothly without jamming in the internal mechanisms could improve the overall performance of the product.

I have been purchasing your multicolor Inkjoy gel 0.7 pens for their vibrant colors and overall functionality. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with two brown pens and one red pen in separate packages that did not write properly straight out of the packaging. I would appreciate a reimbursement for these faulty pens as I am reluctant to continue buying packs with varying colors due to this inconsistency. Your working pens are truly exceptional, and I am kindly requesting three replacement pens in any color.
