Yesterday, on Sunday, at 10:40 a.m., my companion and I visited the drive-thru in Boardman, Ohio, on South Avenue. At that time, there were only two cars ahead of us. Despite this, we faced a significant delay. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were able to order two bagels and two small cups of coffee. However, it took an additional 15 minutes before we could reach the car in front of us. Feeling rushed as we had a meeting at 11:40, with the clock already showing 11:25, we had to leave the line. This drive-thru seems to lack efficiency as once you're in, it's hard to exit promptly. If the store doesn't have enough staff to handle the drive-thru, perhaps it should reconsider operating it. Personally, I have never experienced such a prolonged wait of 45 minutes in a drive-thru before. The situation was particularly frustrating as it was Mother's Day. Regrettably, we have decided to avoid returning to that establishment in the future.

Yesterday on Mother's Day, my family stopped at the Panera drive-thru on South Avenue in Boardman, Ohio. We arrived at 10:40 a.m. We didn't place our small order until 11:15 a.m., after waiting behind two cars. After our order, we waited an additional 15 minutes. This long wait time is unacceptable for a drive-thru. If there aren't enough employees to efficiently run the drive-thru, it shouldn't be open. Making customers wait for 45 minutes is not a good experience. I hope this issue is addressed promptly because my family will not return otherwise.

My spouse and I have been loyal patrons of Panera for a long time. It has always been our top choice while in the Midwest. We were delighted when they expanded to Canada and frequented numerous branches, notably the one in Aurora, our hometown. Despite our local Panera closing, we managed to visit other locations.
I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Panera Bread Cafe #[redacted], located at [redacted] Highway 7, Markham, Ontario on March 28, [redacted], at 3:00 p.m. (order #: [redacted]). The unpleasant experience started with a cashier who was impolite and rushed. We had to correct them on every item when placing our order. Upon requesting soft drinks, the cashier sarcastically stated, "We don't have any." The tables were unclean with previous customers' leftovers, and the garbage bins were overflowing when we went to sit down. The bread in our sandwiches was stale, and the lemonade tasted terrible. The overall atmosphere at this particular site was shocking, and we have decided never to return. It was truly an unexpectedly poor visit.

Today my husband and I had lunch at Panera UTC in Sarasota, FL, following a lovely walk around the bay. We've been loyal customers for over a decade, enjoying coffee, muffins, and lunches at various Panera locations. However, today's experience at the UTC branch was disappointing. The food served was of poor quality, to the point where we found it disgusting. Even though we typically avoid complaining in restaurants, the state of the food was unacceptable. Additionally, we ordered 2 skim milk lattes only to be told the milk was expired. We could only manage the soup before deciding to discard the rest. This visit has made us vow to never return to Panera Bread due to the decline in food quality, which we attribute to the introduction of delivery services and potential management changes. The food standard needs a serious review, as local patrons like us, and even visitors from Benderson Park Rowing, may not return if the quality doesn't improve. It's crucial to maintain standards, especially when loyal customers rely on the consistency and quality of the experience.

They mentioned that tech support would address the issue and conduct a follow-up, but I have not received any updates or solutions yet. Despite the fact that I am a loyal Panera customer, my Rewards balance has been stuck with 1 left, even though I have made additional purchases beyond that. This problem is affecting my overall enjoyment of Panera. I believe it is a technical glitch for which I am unfairly being held responsible. I have been trying to coordinate a group order for delivery to my home on September 18th between 12-12:45, and it's been a complete disaster. I've reached out to three different numbers, but unfortunately, no one seems to have a solution.
I see that two orders are confirmed, while three others are still pending. However, I am having trouble linking the order to my email for confirmation. I need an urgent resolution today; otherwise, I will be forced to cancel the entire order.
Even though I think this is a fantastic service, the amount of time I've spent sorting out these issues is unacceptable. I kindly request a prompt response today so that I can explore alternative arrangements for catering to my guests.

I visited Panera in Lake Grove, New York, on October 26 around 5 p.m. I ordered a large macaroni and cheese and took it home, which is just one block away. When I opened it, it was extremely cold and had a strange film on top. I tried a few bites, but it did not taste good. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab a receipt as I usually do, but I've never had an issue before. The next morning, I went back to Panera to explain what happened after a frustrating phone call where the person hung up on me. I spoke with Tammy, who claimed to be the manager, but she was not friendly or helpful. She insisted on needing a receipt to assist me and walked away without trying to resolve the issue. I just wanted them to replace the macaroni and cheese, but they didn't seem interested in making it right.

I visit the Panera Austintown Ohio regularly. Today, when I arrived, I found what I thought was an available table with an outlet. However, an employee later informed me that it was reserved for their break. When I asked if they could use another table, I was told no. I was taken aback by the response. The walls and sinks are dirty and the overall hygiene of the bathroom is subpar, despite the good management, employees, food, and service at this location. It is concerning that the issue has persisted for over a year without improvement. I recently visited the location at 51 Celebration Place, Florida [redacted] to meet my daughter who is a nurse. Upon arriving, we experienced a disappointing encounter with the cashier, Melanie. Despite waiting for her attention for 10 minutes, the service was slow and unprofessional. Furthermore, the quality of our orders was subpar. I ordered two cups of Broccoli soup and a BLT turkey sandwich without a drink, while my daughter ordered a half Tomato soup, a half classic sandwich, and a drink. Unfortunately, my sandwich only had one small piece of turkey, and when I addressed this to Gio, he didn't initially resolve the issue. Eventually, my daughter had to repurchase the sandwich. Throughout the whole ordeal, we ended up paying for our orders three times. Melanie was also unhelpful, charging an upgrade on my daughter's drink and serving a small cup. This experience was quite disappointing, and it's disheartening that our service was not taken seriously.

Around 4-5 months ago, I made the decision to leave my position at Panera Bread. While I truly enjoyed my work and the relationships I had with my co-workers, this past year, my senior year of high school, proved to be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. I was experiencing severe fatigue and intense body pain daily, which made it difficult for me to continue working. I acknowledge that my sudden departure was unprofessional, and I deeply regret not handling the situation better. I am reaching out to humbly request another opportunity to work at the store. My husband and I dined at your Germantown Maryland restaurant today, conveniently located off Route [redacted], for lunch. We had been to this location six months ago. For my meal, I ordered the Apple Chip Salad with Feta instead of the original cheese, along with a Diet Coke and extra dressing and a roll. Despite my order coming up quickly, I noticed there were no lemons at the soda station and my salad was missing the Feta cheese I requested, as indicated on the receipt. I also had to ask for butter for my roll. To my disappointment, the salad did not have the extra dressing as I had requested. Additionally, there were unclean tables and floors, and an overflow of dirty dishes at the service counter. What struck me the most was the presence of individuals who appeared to be homeless, some sleeping in booths and tables nearby, and even outside. This experience has left me feeling let down by the condition of this location.

I recently purchased four containers of Panera's Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup from Lowe’s. Upon inspecting the soups, I found that one of the containers had a bulging sealed plastic under the lid, causing it to pop off. I refrained from consuming that one and planned to return it to the store. However, when I went to retrieve it the next day, the lid had already popped off, and the plastic seal had expanded even further. As I was preparing to return it, the plastic seal suddenly exploded, causing the soup to spill on my table, even reaching three feet away. Hello. I recently visited Panera for the first time and tried their Baja bowl with chicken and avocado. Despite the promising picture, the actual bowl was only half-filled. Upon bringing this up with the staff, I was met with a dismissive response and no attempt to address my concerns. At $16, the portion size did not match the price. The lack of customer service and the feeling of being overcharged left me thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

While visiting a Panera in Atlanta on May 29, [redacted], I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the restroom. The overflowing trash receptacle and soiled floors were distressing. The dining area had food remnants, and the drink counter was unsanitary. It seemed the place hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. Witnessing an employee exiting the restroom quickly before attending to other tasks was disappointing. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return and I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory conditions encountered.

I purchased 4 kids' meals with apple sides at Panera for the first time. Unfortunately, one of the apples I received was rotten. It was mushy and not edible, so I had to throw it away. The red delicious apples in the other meals were tasteless and disappointing. My kids, who are in grade school, found the portions small and were still hungry after eating. They did enjoy the cheddar broccoli Mac and cheese, but not the apples. On the positive side, my bagel was quite tasty.
I was surprised that the quality of the kids' meals didn't meet the usual standards of Panera, as I've always enjoyed their adult meals. I may consider taking my kids to a different restaurant in the future. I suggest that the staff pay more attention to the items they are putting in the to-go bags. Thank you.
