I've had three instances where my quick pick-up sandwich orders were completely wrong. None of the customization requests were followed. My recent order, a Chicken Frontega with extra Chipotle Mayo, double Basil, NO Salt and Pepper, Spinach, and Cucumber, was entirely inaccurate. Instead, I received a basic Chicken Frontega with excess salt. This has happened multiple times, even when dining in. While I can't fix the mistake now, I'd appreciate replacement food.

Today, my family and I visited the Panera at Pittsburgh Mill Mall in Pittsburgh, but unfortunately, they were closed for sit-in dining. We typically visit Panera for the sit-in experience and have enrolled in the $8.99 a month plan. Since the sit-in option was unavailable, I kindly request a refund of $8.99 for my husband, Christopher B., and $8.99 for my son, Takur B., for the month of December, totaling $17.98. I ordered coffee and pizza for dine-in at the store. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was not warm; it was completely cold. When I mentioned this to the cashier, her reply was shocking. She suggested I could microwave the coffee because it had probably been sitting there all day. I was taken aback by her response and couldn't believe she handled the situation like that. Firstly, the idea of coffee sitting out all day is unappetizing. Secondly, being told to microwave it was not a satisfactory solution. It felt like I was in a comedy sketch. I hope the next step isn't someone pranking me by sneaking out to tamper with my drink. My past experiences, like seeing mice in a different restaurant, have made me more cautious about cleanliness. This Panera in Brookside Kansas City should strive for higher standards.

I bought an unlimited coffee gift subscription for someone, but they were asked for their credit card details to get coffee, which was embarrassing since it was a Christmas gift. I contacted Panera for a refund, but was told to contact Transaction Wireless instead. I couldn't reach anyone and kept getting pushed deals I didn't want. I won't be buying from Panera in the future.

I recently visited Panera on December 31st and spent $21.00. I'm a member of "My Panera" and provided my phone number, but the cashier couldn't locate it in the system. I've been a member for years and never had issues before. There were points on my card that I could lose if my account got erased somehow. I'm concerned about this issue and would appreciate it if you could look into it before I consider signing up again. On January 8, [redacted], I placed an $81.91 order to be delivered to my home with order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, one Tuna Sandwich was missing the Tuna Salad, containing only lettuce and tomato. The French Onion Soups were missing cheese, croutons, and the French Baguette. The apple for the half-tuna was not included, and there were no condiments. Despite several attempts to reach the manager for a resolution, my calls went unanswered. Please replace the order.

I recently visited the drive-thru in Howell, MI on Monday, February 8th just after noon. There was only one customer ahead of me, so it was not busy. I ordered the Pick 2 combo with an Asian chicken salad, Autumn soup, a small Dr. Pepper, and a cookie. Unfortunately, this is the third time my order was incorrect at this location. On this occasion, my salad was missing all the toppings and consisted mainly of chunks of iceberg lettuce with a few small chicken strips. For a meal costing over $14, I expected better quality. I am disappointed with this experience and hope that this location can improve its service and ingredient quality.

I ordered lunch at 8 a.m., but my lunch sack was missing some items when I opened it. I visited the restaurant after work to explain, but the manager brushed off my concerns, saying I should have called in the morning. I mentioned the missing salad portion, and he asked if I wanted the rest. Feeling offended by his attitude and lack of apology, I left disappointed. We are regular customers at both breakfast and lunch, but this incident left me feeling undervalued. If the manager had handled the situation with more grace, I would have felt better. The employees at my local Panera, specifically the one at Saint Louis University's campus in St. Louis, MO, have often displayed rudeness towards myself and other customers. This was especially evident today during my lunch order with a friend. While we were ordering, the two women working there engaged in a conversation, delaying our service. After placing our order, they didn't call out the name on it, just looked at me. One drink was incorrect, and another was missing. When I asked for the missing drink, the employee seemed annoyed but replaced the incorrect one. Upon informing her again about the missing drink, she rudely insisted I hadn't ordered it, showing me the receipt. Though I've had order mistakes before at this location, this recent encounter with poor customer service by both employees and a manager has been unacceptable.

At Panera store #[redacted] on 4-5-21, I stopped to order takeout for dinner at 4:50 p.m. The process was smooth as there was no one in front of me. However, I ended up waiting for 25 minutes only to have a staff member at the pick-up counter ask me what I was waiting for and then admit they misplaced my ticket, which was right in front of them. This all happened while they were casually chatting in the back about personal matters. I requested a refund from the manager, whom I later realized was the same person socializing with the team instead of attending to orders. I was extremely disappointed by this experience and the lack of effort and responsibility shown by the staff. Another customer who came in after me also left due to the slow service. It was a frustrating and disappointing visit that makes me hesitant to return to this location in the future.

I purchased an Asian chicken salad a week ago. First of all, I did your survey, which turned out to be a waste of my time as nothing came from it. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at my local Panera. It took me over six minutes of just standing at the register to place my order. I was not greeted, and the cashier was far from as pleasant as your employees normally are. She did not place my order correctly. I specifically asked for the Asian noodles to be left out because it was still Passover, but they were not excluded, forcing me to return it. Plus, it barely had any chicken. This is the second bad experience I've had in a month. You get one more try, or you will lose a loyal and very good customer! I would like a replacement salad. Thank you, Sammy O.

On April 18, [redacted], I placed an order for two half sandwiches, two cups of soup, a bowl of soup, a blueberry scone, and a drink. Unfortunately, I did not receive the blueberry scone and one of the soup and sandwich combinations was incorrect. I had ordered the cream of chicken and wild rice soup, but received chicken noodle instead. Additionally, the turkey bacon avocado sandwich was swapped for a tuna sandwich. When my husband picked up the order, I noticed the mistakes but he had to leave for work soon and couldn't go back. This mix-up was disappointing as we don't eat tuna. I ended up giving him my sandwich instead. The order number was #[redacted], and the incident occurred at 3pm at the store on Colusa Avenue in Yuba City.

The Panera in Valparaiso, Indiana appears to have inadequate COVID-19 precautions. Employees do not have proper distancing from customers, who often neglect wearing masks. Tables are not spaced out, and the young staff is reportedly not vaccinated against coronavirus. This situation poses a risk with the current surge in cases. The workers, earning minimum wage, face a challenging situation. The lack of safety measures and low wages are concerning, especially with the mistreatment some customers allegedly display towards the employees. The company needs to address these issues to protect its youngest team members and prevent contributing to the pandemic's spread.

To whom it may concern, I visited one of your locations in Maryland today, the Richie Highway Cafe# [redacted] at [redacted] Richie Highway Pasadena, MD. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and brought it home to eat. Unfortunately, the soup was extremely hot, leading me to choke and vomit, causing me to seek medical attention. My children who had the Mac and cheese were fine. I had to visit the doctor and am now waiting for my prescription. What was meant to be a pleasant lunch turned into a day of medical concerns. I had a $10 Panera gift card, and on Friday, 4/23, I used it for an online order amounting to $9.92. To cover any remaining balance, I provided my Visa debit card. However, I recently noticed a charge of $9.92 on my checking account as I'd thrown away the gift card assuming it had just $0.08 left. I'm reaching out to inquire if Panera could issue me another gift card as I believe I shouldn't have been charged $9.92 from my checking account since the gift card had a sufficient amount to cover the order. Your help on this matter is appreciated.

I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience with the food at Panera Bread in Weston today around 4 PM. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over a decade. Today, I was let down when I ordered my usual dishes, Macaroni & Cheese and Broccoli Soup, in the largest size. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the portions were much smaller than usual, barely filling half of the bowls. After expressing my concern, they gave me more soup but mentioned that the portion size for the macaroni was correct. In all the years I've frequented this Panera Bread, I have never encountered this issue. I am writing this feedback because I care about this place and so do my family and friends who often join me there. I hope this situation can be rectified for the benefit of both the establishment and its customers.

My father, 91 years old, and I are regulars at our local Panera. Weekly, we visit to purchase a quart of cream of broccoli soup. During our recent visit, I ordered our usual and decided to try out the chicken noodle soup for my dad. Unfortunately, we received a pint and a quart of chicken noodle soup instead. This mix-up was quite disappointing as we live 20-25 minutes away from the Panera. Despite the inconvenience, we made the round trip back to the store. When I spoke to Manager Brielle, I felt that the mistake wasn't taken as seriously as it was by us. We spent over an hour and 20 minutes, including the additional cost of gasoline, just to correct the order. Though they offered a pastry roll as an apology, I felt that such a significant error and time loss warranted more. Being a retired Vice President of a local bank, I understand the importance of ensuring customers receive top-notch service. I wanted to share our experience as loyal customers of Panera.

Hello, I am a regular customer at Panera Bread in my northeast location. I am a member of the monthly coffee club and visit the cafe 3 to 4 times weekly for a delightful cup of coffee. Lately, I have been using the curb side pick-up service due to leg issues. On multiple occasions, I faced significant delays in receiving my orders, with wait times exceeding 30 minutes. Despite altering the pickup time and approaching the manager after prolonged waits, the service did not improve. Even during a recent visit to grab a quick ice coffee for my migraine, I experienced a 30-minute delay. Unfortunately, the disorganization and uncleanliness I observed amongst the staff and food preparation areas have left me extremely dissatisfied. The constant delays and lack of efficiency have led me to reconsider patronizing this location in the future.

I want to share my recent experience at Panera on Windward Parkway in Milton, GA. My visits to this location for lunch have typically been great. Today, when I ordered a smoothie, it was not filled to the top as usual. I mentioned it to the manager. Unfortunately, she responded with a sarcastic attitude, stating that the smoothies are filled to a specific line and refused to add more. We weren't looking for a refund, just a little extra in the drink. The manager seemed more interested in giving a refund than accommodating our request. Later, she agreed to add more but rudely mentioned it wouldn't happen again as the smoothies were supposedly made incorrectly before. This interaction left me feeling that the manager lacked proper customer service skills and may need guidance on handling such situations better from the corporate team.

I have been a fan of the strawberry poppy seed salad, but I consistently request no chicken and it's often included. Despite asking the employee at the Hermitage, PA location on August 1st between 6-7 p.m. to confirm there was no chicken, there was chicken on my salad once more. It's frustrating to have my order repeatedly incorrect, and I feel disappointed that Panera's Hermitage team hasn't addressed this issue. As much as I enjoy the salads, the ongoing errors mean I can no longer order from Panera. I hope the management will focus on training the staff for accuracy. It's a shame to let go of a favorite due to these repeated mistakes. Best, S. McLean
