I need to report a case involving account details [redacted] belonging to Abdulsalam Asemokhai. They used their Palmpay account for fraudulent activities, obtaining a total of 86,[redacted] from account [redacted] under the name ALEGE OLUWAFUNKE ROSELYNE at GTB. The funds were transferred to their Paga account and First Bank account. Both transfers were confirmed by the banks involved. I have been informed that further action requires reaching out to the receiving banks. The accounts the money was transferred to are First Bank [redacted] under Asemokhai Abdulsalam and Paga [redacted] under Admin Abdulsalam 11. Unfortunately, my report to the Nigeria Police Force indicated limitations in pursuing this matter due to Palmpay not being a commercial bank. Any assistance in retrieving the funds or contacting the involved banks would be greatly appreciated.

I transferred #[redacted] from my bank account to my Palmpay wallet, but I did not receive the funds. Initially, I assumed it was a failed transaction from my bank, but after contacting them, they confirmed that the transfer was successful. However, the money did not reflect in my Palmpay wallet. I kindly request a refund as I intended to use it to pay my OK card bill. Thank you.

Good afternoon, my name is Israel Omotunde and my account number is [redacted] with PalmPay. I have been receiving numerous messages and calls about a debt I did not initiate. Last month, one of your staff members contacted me about this debt, stating it was for ₦2,[redacted]. I paid this amount, assuming the matter was resolved. However, this month, I have received the same debt notification for the same amount. I am confused why this is happening and would like full details about this loan. Today, I received another threatening recorded call, and despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have not been able to reach anyone. I received an unexpected loan from Palm Pay that I didn't request. When I tried to purchase airtime, I unintentionally used the loan since I couldn't see my account balance. Now, they are asking me to repay the entire loan before the due date even though I didn't use all of it. To my surprise, they have restricted my phone and keep calling me, preventing me from using any data I purchased or even accessing the Palm Pay app. I topped up my account as requested, so I am hoping they will lift the restriction on my phone soon. Issue Accessing My Palmpay Account
Hello, my name is Oladapo Babarinsa and my Palmpay Account number is [redacted], which coincidentally matches my phone number.
For the past two days, starting on the 16th of July [redacted], I have encountered difficulties accessing my Palmpay Account. Despite attempting to re-download and reinstall the app more than six times, I have been unsuccessful.
The cause of these difficulties remains a mystery to me. I have updated to the latest version of the app. Currently, all my funds are in my Palmpay Account, leaving me in a situation where I must borrow money instead of accessing my own.
I would appreciate any possible solutions to resolve this issue.

Good morning PalmCredit. Yesterday, I made a payment using my card. After the payment, it showed "pending", but unbeknownst to me, the money was already deducted from my account. Thinking the payment didn't go through, I used a bank transfer method, resulting in a double payment of 82,[redacted] instead of 41,[redacted]. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach you via email. I deposited 26k into my Palmpay account. When I tried to transfer the money to my bank account, I received an error message saying, "We cannot complete this action now." Additionally, I am unable to claim rewards on my Palmpay account. My BVN is linked to the account. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I urgently need access to my funds.

Throughout my history of borrowing from you, I have always made payments on time, only occasionally being a day late. Unfortunately, the funds I had for my business were taken during the theft.
