Hello,
I purchased the Nikon Coolpix AW130 camera from PC World in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, the camera broke and could not be fixed, so I received a £69 voucher. The original camera cost £[redacted], but the voucher amount was lower. I was directed to contact customer service to increase the voucher, but when I tried, I was advised to do it in-store. However, the store said they couldn't help and suggested another call. I simply want to adjust my voucher to cover the cost of the camera I purchased or for a comparable model, which is £[redacted] more.

I needed a new laptop and remembered that PC World offers trade-ins. During a visit to the Chester branch, I inquired about a white Hp laptop priced at £[redacted], but they didn't have it in stock. They suggested checking at the Rhyl branch. On our way back, we visited the Rhyl branch, where I was informed they were also out of stock of the desired laptop. I showed them the laptop I intended to trade in, received a £50 gift card and paid £[redacted] for a grey model. Still waiting for it to arrive, I considered ordering the white model online to pick up at Carphone Warehouse. I contacted Currys, who mentioned a possible Saturday delivery for Rhyl. Frustrated by the delay, I really need a laptop. Best regards, Mrs. E Thomas.

In [redacted], my grandparents gifted me a Chromebook as an exam present. Since then, I've had two replacements due to constant glitches and loading issues. The current laptop - my third replacement - had been working fine until now. Recently, I noticed that the charger sparks when plugged in at my college and makes a ticking noise at home. Upon inspection, I saw that the prongs on the charger seem burned, with blackened tips. Although the replacement charger had been problem-free since last year, it's frustrating to face this issue again, especially because I rely on my laptop for my studies in my final year at college.

I attempted to purchase a ThunderDrive cloud service Lifetime subscription for $39.99 on December 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered issues accessing the ThunderDrive site and experienced poor customer service. Despite ThunderDrive claiming I hadn't purchased directly from them, my credit card was charged $39.99. StackSocial, responsible for ThunderDrive's customer service, failed to respond to my inquiries. I reached out to PCWorld via internal email but have not received a reply. The PC World order number for the ThunderDrive subscription is [redacted], charged to a Mastercard ending in ...[redacted]. Given the confusion, I simply wish to discontinue with ThunderDrive and receive a $39.99 refund on my card. Your assistance is appreciated. - T.T.

On December 2, [redacted], I attempted to purchase ThunderDrive through a PCWorld promotion but faced difficulties. Despite contacting ThunderDrive's customer service, I was unable to resolve the issue as they claimed no order was placed. Surprisingly, $39.99 was charged to my credit card. Turning to StackSocial for assistance, their "Super Hero" site was unhelpful. Trying to contact PCWorld has been frustrating, with no success after waiting two hours on the "Get a Human" site. This entire situation has become overwhelming, and all I am seeking is a refund for the charged amount. Dealing with multiple parties has been exhausting, leading me to lose interest in ThunderDrive's cloud service. My PCWorld Order Number is [redacted]. Please address and rectify this matter promptly. - Thomas T.

I recently purchased a new laptop from your Halifax branch and I am eligible for an HP cash back voucher. However, I'm unsure where to find the required information such as the serial number, invoice number, HP product number, and model name needed for the claim. I only have a receipt of sale and I'm unsure which details are the correct ones to submit. I believe I have limited time to claim the cash back, so I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Complaint about faulty goods
I purchased an HP printer from your store on 12 November [redacted] for £[redacted].99. According to the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], I am entitled to goods that are fit for purpose. As the printer had a fault from the time of purchase, I am requesting a full refund. Please find a copy of the receipt enclosed for your reference.
I would appreciate a response within 14 days.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Leonard Hall
