I recently received Oxford health insurance from my employer, but I have not yet received my membership card in the mail. Without my member ID, I am unable to check my status online. I have been receiving mail with forms that require my member ID, which I understand is on the back of the card I have not yet received. I would like assistance in determining my member ID and an estimated timeframe for when I can expect to receive my official card by mail.

I am trying to gather information about Oxford Health Plans in NY outside of the marketplace for my daughter. I've been caught in your phone system loop and would like to reach a representative to explore payment options for plans outside the marketplace with comprehensive coverage. I prefer a plan directly from Oxford Health to ensure coverage with the specific doctors my daughter needs. The provider she prefers accepts Oxford, and I am interested in understanding the cost of coverage.
